We had a great stay here - good location and very comfortable. Breakfast is very overpriced and not that good but there are many other options nearby. Chris the bellman gave us good advice and was so helpful. Front desk staff very friendly too and the housekeeping folks were also very nice. Rooms very comfortable . They allow dogs which...

We only stayed one night, but found it to be very comfortable. Quick check in with online check in, nice pool/hot tub area, clean rooms and comfy beds. Has a shuttle to downtown Asheville as well. The attached restaurant - TGI Fridays - has mixed reviews. We've eaten there when it's excellent, and when everything seemed overcooked, dry, and service...

The hotel is in great location and the room was very comfortable. It is very close to the entrance gate to Biltmore Estate (walkable). However, even though it can be within the walking distance, you will still need your car.

The staff at this hotel is very accommodating & thoughtful!! I was waiting in the lobby for my husband to complete his business meeting. I had a bad cold & stopped at the coffee cart in the lobby to get a hot tea. When I went to the desk to pay for my tea, I realized I had no money...

My family and I stayed in the Double Tree hotel over the New Year's' Eve holiday and found our experience to be satisfactory. The convenience of the hotel for the purpose of being in Asheville was helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing hospitality. Felt like I was arriving at a very special relative's home. The staff treated my grandchildren with such compassion. We were visiting my son in Asheville and couldn't have been happier. So very close to the Biltmore Estate which we visited for the Candlelight Evening Christmas walk. Felt like I was a princess in a movie.

The Double Tree obviously has great Chocolate Chip cookies, and this hotel is extremely nice, as it should be near the Biltmore, with a very interesting display about the Biltmore Dairy. However, the rooms are not overly nice compared to the price they charge. I'd suggest spending less and stay at one of the adjacent hotels.

I realize I went at one of the busiest times of the year... But I felt like every time they had a chance to grab a buck they went for it. The rooms are tiny not what you would expect from a mid range chain... House keeping was very professional and quite charming. Great location to do the Biltmore from.
