We stayed in a handicap room for a week away from the heavily traveled road. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable bed. It lacked sufficient table/desk top space on which to put items but we made do. The AC/heating unit was noisy and difficult to regulate. Being on Tunnel Rd. right off I40, it was conveniently located to most all... More

My husband and I looked for a hotel that was close to Biltmore Estate, and we didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel fit the description. The entrance to Biltmore was just a short drive away. The inn has an outdoor pool, which is closed this time of year. The inn is built in the style of... More

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference at Montreat. The room was good, though the desk chair was not. I asked for a different chair, and one was in my room when I came back from dinner. The other requests and questions I had during the week were responded to promptly and cheerfully.

room was small... very dark, so hard to tell if itreally was clean. Bathroom was nice, bright and clean. Breakfast had no meat...There was sausage gravy with no sausage. I was disappointed. Won't be back.

We stay here everytime we are in Asheville. The place is clean, dog friendly, the staff is clean and professional, the breakfast is great, the location is perfect, right off of I-40. We tried to make reservation and they were out of dog-friendly rooms but they saw that we had stayed there 8 times with our dog and never had any... More

I have been hesitant to write this review simply because there were already so many other reviews with exactly the same issues, but hopefully as the number mounts someone in upper management will take notice. Unless it really is just about the money. Our stay was okay, but could have been so much better. The bathrooms in this hotel are... More

I arrived on October 30 within minutes was settling in, only to find most of the outlets didn't work and no hot water. One call to the front desk and I was immediately located in a better room! They serve a regular breakfast, not just "continental". For the price, a great deal!!

Older rooms, not dirty yet not feeling clean. Very crowded when we stayed. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Way too many tables and chairs crammed in the tiny eating area. Lots of construction type workers staying . They parked over sized vehicles so other guests had to park completely off site next door at a bar! They also used grills... More

My husband & I decided to go see the color and stayed here October 21, 2016. We were going to stay 2 nights but decided against it after one night. There is a bar next to it which played music until late late. Finally got to sleep around 2:00 in the morning. Also, there must have been a dog or... More

We stayed here for two nights to tour the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hotel was very well maintained and the furniture and room decor was circa 1970 but otherwise modern in all aspects. We had a room near the street but road noise was not a problem. We have no complaints and will stay here again.
