This tiny five bedroom B&B is fantastic. It's an old two-story brick house. The small kitchen has been turned into a mini-lobby with cereal, milk and a few drinks. The second floor has 3-4 rooms. Around back on the first floor is a larger room with a kitchenette for cooking if you rent that room. It's not available to you if you stay in the 2nd floor rooms. The grounds are as awesome as the house. It's wide and spread out with garden, shrubs and a fire pit. On the roof, there is a 360 degree panoramic view of the grounds and town. The wrap-around porch has chairs for sitting outside in nice weather. The facility is gated and requires a code for entry. Your room will have a separate code that the owners will send to you prior to check in. Last but not least are the owners. They rock! They are polite, funny and responsive. There number is posted on a chalkboard in the mini-lobby. They responded almost immediately when I had a few questions. I met Geri in person twice. Great lady! Stay here! It's pricey, but it's worth it.

We just spent 3 nights at Bunn House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We never saw a single other person our entire stay, so felt like we were staying at our own private sanctuary! Between the common area downstairs and our room (we were in #3) upstairs), everything we needed (or could possibly need)was thoughtfully provided. A few things we appreciated in particular - text communications from the owners, comfy bed, heated bathroom floor, on-demand white noise above the bed, USB ports on both sides of the bed, & the welcome bottle of Bunn House wine.

There really is too much to cover in such a review, however I would say there were three things that stood out. First, the peace and serenity of the rooms and the outdoor areas - even just outside a bustling city like Asheville. Second, the staff was friendly, outgoing, prompt and extremely helpful for anything we needed or had questions about. I've been to Asheville many times but not enough to know where *everything* was. The staff at Bunn House made sure we were cared for and didn't have a want for anything. Third, and this is no means last in any way, shape or form. The thing that makes me want to return is just how great the facility is, how clean, how well-kept and modern it is. I'll revisit this later and update as I remember more.

We just spent 4 wonderful days at Bunn House. The place is completely remodeled with modern amenities, yet retains its historical character. The location is wonderful--close to downtown, definitely within walking distance of local shops and eateries. The view from the rooftop area is a unique aspect of the property. It was also easy to get Uber/Lyft service to and from the property. The property is entirely gated, leaving you and your vehicles safe, although the area did not appear unsafe in any way. I particularly liked the gas lanterns on the fence posts around the property and felt they provided additional character. The beds were comfy, we were able to watch our favorite shows on Netflix at night, steam shower was great, snacks and drinks were convenient, and the room service was top notch. The owner is lovely and attentive as well. We would highly recommend Bunn House to anyone! We travel frequently and this is hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed. Sublime attention to detail!
