This is a wonderful B&B. We stayed two nights and it was so friendly and comfortable we wished we could have stayed longer. The house is really beautiful (and so are the rooms, and the garden) but it is also really comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfasts are something else again! Worth staying here just for breakfast! To top it...

Back across the pond safely and that is always a good thing. Gary says he is delighted you found his sometimes quirky sense of humor endearing. It is always meant that way. We too think our fine Victorian lady is lovely. She is not stuffy, casual, elegant and creates a sense of ease. That is so needed by folks these...

We recently spent a night here as we came up for a surprise visit to family in the area. We booked last minute and had to arrive late. The owners made that extremely easy. We loved our upstairs room in this wonderful rambling house. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the front porch and the gardens,...

It seems to us often that the very nicest of guests on their first visit to our inn just found us on the fly, booked and were gone. The good news is many of them return for longer stays. You guys were wonderful! Consider yourselves invited to come back any old time to enjoy the front porch that is surely...

We spent a fabulous couple of days in Asheville staying at this wonderful inn where we also got married. Patti and Gary are both so welcoming and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble and they both went out of their way to make sure that our stay was just perfect. The surroundings are so relaxing and peaceful and the Garden...

You all are back home safe, sound and well married and we are so happy to know that. We frequently do weddings here At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn. All of them are so special to us but sometimes, despite the work, we have a ton of fun too. You guys were a hoot and we really enjoyed both...

We had a lovely weekend at the B&B. Gary and Patti are sweet souls who make you feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious! We got a picnic basket and it was perfect! We stayed in the Victorian Parlor which is a cute little room with a big jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfy and very clean! My favorite...

From the moment I first talked to you all it was evident you were really dedicated to planning a great anniversary and we are honored to have been able to help with that. Always so good to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast so much. We prepare everything the day we serve it and our guests are always so excited...

My fiancé and I recently stayed here for the second time and loved our experience even more than the first time (which was hard to beat)! The house is beautiful - both rooms we have stayed in have been spacious, with comfy beds and great amenities (the room we most recently stayed in had a claw foot tub and fireplace!)....

We are happy to know you all are home in Charlotte safe, sound and ready to come back to see us. Yea for that. Gary is so happy you loved his favorite room, The Lion's Den, as much as he does. That antique claw footed tub and its lovely insulation is sure to warm up every tired muscle in your...

We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend this B and B. Breakfast was excellent and Gary and Patti made us feel welcome in their lovely home. We had the Garden Vista room and enjoyed the lovely view. The location is quiet and peaceful.

As I write this I am hoping you all are making your way safely back to Portland and that Mr. Tim is feeling better. So kind of you all to take time to write this review for us. I too love the Garden Vista Room. It overlooks the garden and the ponds and waterfalls and I appreciate the peaceful water...

WOW! What a wonderful B&B. Only a few miles to the Biltmore Estate and so close to town for all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Gary and Patti were very helpful with recommendations on where to shop and dine. The B&B is beautiful. The BREAKFAST was AMAZING. The views from our Garden Vista room were lovely. We will definitely stay...

We are genuinely happy that you enjoyed your visit to Asheville so much. It's a great little town. Breakfast remains such a great experience for our guests as they gather around a great cup of coffee, the aroma of fresh baked muffins, and other home made breakfast tasties and have the opportunity to chat with others and make a memory!

Phenomenal old home with well designed updates. Quiet yet convenient location. Proprietors we extremely nice and accommodating for myself & my hubby! Breakfast was out of this world each morning in the sunroom. The landscaping is gorgeous- large koi pond and waterfall. Only regret: not staying longer! Would definitely return!

We are so happy to have hosted your stay and gratified you enjoyed our home. We have so much respect for houses constructed during that time. They are not only beautiful on the outside~ flush with detail and beauty~ but they are well constructed homes built to be the best representatives of their age~ the likes of which will likely...

I stayed in the Sun Shine Room for a getaway from work and grad school. The room was absolutely lovely, like being in a treehouse with the huge windows and skylights. Anyone who's been in school for what seems a relentless period of time can well understand the necessity for a break. A bit of time away can be rewarded with a fresh, more productive approach when one returns to the task. Really glad you chose to spend this time with us Lesley.
