Expensive for what the hotel offers. Our room was small with a bathroom with the size of a box impossible to use by a normal person. The overall services were very poor. There are several better options in the neighborhood.

Hello Alberto. We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. The Cedar Crest Inn offers a wide variety of rooms in different sizes. I recommend calling the property or booking through our website directly to ensure you are staying in a room you would be comfortable in. While we are unable to change the size of the room, we do wish any guests who is not enjoying their stay would let us know while they are with us, to give us a chance to help better the situation. We take great pride in our customer service here at the inn, as you can see from our many positive reviews, and we hope that you will someday give us another chance. We apologize for any inconveniences and hope you have a great week.

This was a wonderful Mom’s getaway to see the Biltmore Estate for the weekend. We had a beautiful room here at the Cedar Crest Inn. Our room was called the Tower Room and it was at the top so you do have to go up several flights of stairs. Our room had a large King bed and a twin which was perfect for the three of us. There is a nice tv but we never used it and a nice size closet. The bathroom is up two stairs within the room but it is beautiful. There is no shower, but it does have a handheld shower head. There is however a beautiful claw foot tub. The staff is so nice and the breakfasts are wonderful even with all that Covid has brought us where restaurants are concerned. We ate both breakfasts out on the veranda and enjoyed the view and conversation. Please explore the grounds while you are there. The living areas with fire places are gorgeous and that staircase! Wow! We highly recommended Cedar Crest and I personally hope to return with my family.

Thank you so much for the glowing recommendation! It was lovely having you ladies with us and the Tower Room is a delight for a party of 3 staying together. It is such a unique room as it is connected to the tower you see on the house. We look forward to hosting you and your family in the future!

What a beautiful place! We spent three nights and we'll definitely be back! On the National Registry of Historic Places, too! Located very close to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Great two course breakfast. Cookies and wine every afternoon, too.

The bed and breakfast was great with a historic yet homey feel. We checked in around 4:30, in time for wine hour. After enjoying wine hour on the wrap around porch, we went to dinner about a mile away. There are tons of restaurants and bars located closely. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning at the B&B with fresh coffee and orange juice. We wish we could have stayed longer & can’t wait to come back!
