Cottage style b and b tucked in rolling countryside of Asheville but close to Biltmore and other Asheville attractions. You can actually get your tickets through them. Also, other helps for a great stay. Very tasty breakfast foods served by our most welcoming hostesses, Holly and Tammy.

Oakland Cottage was recommended by friends and we fell in love with the warm and charm of the B&B, Tammy and Holly. From waking up to the smell of breakfast, meeting their other guests and enjoying the fireplace make this a place we will enjoy on future trips to Asheville. They are in close proximity to Biltmore Estate and Village,...

We stayed in the Rose Room, small but comfy and clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the ancient, tiny tv with a small flat screen, other than that, it was great. Our hostess was super friendly, the front porch is a great place to sip a cold one, breakfast was good and downtown is an easy, safe 30...

Able to get a last minute reservation for the Rose room and we were so pleased! So close to Biltmore and compared to staying on the property, it was a great value! Comfortable bed, hot shower, soft towels and in-room temperature control. Hosts were kind and helpful and breakfast delicious. We would likely stay again!

Loved this artsy bed and breakfast in between downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village. The decor wasn't stuffy like some other bnb's...the whole place had a friendly, unpretentious vibe. We enjoyed our upstairs room with an adjoining sitting area, all furnished with antiques. Before arriving I was worried there might be noise from the nearby hospital or school, but we heard...

We had a great stay at Oakland Cottage. The innkeepers were friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious!! Coffee on the front porch in the morning was a delightful way to start a chilly fall day!

The Oakland Cottage had all the things I wanted from our B&B experience. The natural charm of a 1910 home. Cozy, but open living room-dining room area at the front of the house. If you have the time, the living room offers a great atmosphere for reading, or managing your smart phone. Really nice and spacious front porch for relaxing...

We were 3 couples traveling on motorcycles to see the sights. Great accommodations - the house is very comfortable and clean. The rooms/suites we all had were spacious and well stocked. Just about 1 mile from the Biltmore and close to dining options as well. The driveway is gravel (just a word for other motorcycle riders) but there is no...

We spent two nights at Oakland Cottage so that we could enjoy a taste of Asheville before embarking on a trip north on the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Our room & bath was small but very comfortable and quiet with lots of trees shading the windows. We enjoyed both the porch and the common areas for relaxing. A fridge was...

We stayed two nights while we toured the Biltmore. Our hostess, Holly, was wonderful and made us feel at home. We bought our Biltmore tickets from her and they were good for both days which allowed us to go in and out of the estate several times over the two day period. The room was comfortable and spacious with a...
