Not worth the price if you are staying for a night or a few days. Maybe if you are staying for a while and intend to cook most of your meals in your residence. Very few amenities and lots of rules. No breakfast, no soap-only body wash. Coffee but not labeled reg or decaf in room. Check-in time listed 3...

The Residences at Biltmore are condo units rented out throughout the year. The facility is located in close proximity to the Biltmore Estate entrance and in a quiet, off the main road location. We rented a studio unit which came complete with a kitchen, a large bath, balcony, an electric fireplace, and a large screen tv over the fireplace. There...

We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which was good, except the bedrooms were a bit small. Trying to position two large suitcases in these bedrooms was a challenge. The a/c was a bit noisy, particularly in the lounge room. Staff were very helpful and courteous in arranging a trip to the Outlets. The Outlet shuttle only commenced in April...

We stayed here four nights, and would definitely stay here again. Good: The location was perfect--close to restaurants and shops, and just a few minutes from the interstate. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have breakfast in our room. Parking was great. The...

I went with friends to visit several places in Asheville. The accommodations were clean and had a furnished kitchen, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, sleeper sofa. The location was close to Biltmore Village shops and Downtown.

Our one bedroom suite was very spacious. Based on previous review complaints, we were not surprised that the noise from the room above us was more than you would expect from a nice condo. If you had a room full of young active children above you it could be a problem. Try for the top floor if you are a...

Stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with two other families for a wedding. The registration office is not what I would have expected. Kinda messy looking, not welcoming at all. My mother in law was told they would text her when the room was ready...about 40 minutes. 1 hour later, no text. I contacted them and was told again, about...

This condo was imaculate. It was absoultely amazing! I will always stay here when we go back to Biltmore. Its usually a little more than I spend on a hotel but, it was well worth it. They all had balconies and had a fire pit for fires at night at the hotel. The shower was huge! The bed was very...

The studio my husband and I rented was well above expectations! Since we had a midweek discounted 3-day stay, we thought perhaps we would get a "bargain" studio - not so! The studio was large and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area and seating with tv above a stone fireplace. The queen bed was very comfortable and the building...

We didn't check in until late and we all wished we had come earlier. What a great condo for friends or families. There was a queen bed in one room and a king in the other. Very comfortable beds and great pillows too. The two bathrooms are perfect as well. The only downside was the parking. It was pouring down...
