We stayed 4 nights in 302 which was a three bedroom. Nice. clean and updated. We came with a dog so they indicated housekeeping would not be coming in but to ask for anything we needed, First day stopped at 8 am at the front desk asking for trash empty and to fix the ice maker. Stopped the second day as neither had been done and now we needed more towels also at 8 am ish. That night still nothing done so called the front desk and they came with towels. On our third day trash was taken care of. Would stay again and took lots of pics to show how nice . Would have been 5 star if not for the housekeeping issues.

It's disappointing that housekeeping didn't provide you with the care and cleaning you deserved, but we are glad that the rest of your stay was enjoyable. We hope you'll consider staying again the next time you're in town!

Honestly the best place we have ever stayed outside of being home. We needed the space for our family, which this gave us. Super clean, full kitchen, coffee as well as coffee filters provided. Close up makeup mirror, large kitchen table and a bed for every kid.

I am very upset. We have stay here many times over the last couple of years. It's our favorite place to be. For valentines day my husband and I made a reservation to stay overnight. I read the agreement and submitted tge reservation. At check in we were then asked for a 500 dollar deposit that we have never been asked for and have never had to pay. It was also not part of the aforementioned contract. Because we are "locals". We live almost an hour away. We are not local. After a lengthy conversation I was told I could n9t speak to the manager because it's his birthday. I know there is more than one manager but we were denied being able to address our issues with them. After everything was said and done we ended up canceling our reservation and then had to agrue with front desk staff about being forced to pay for the room we are not allowed to stay in as they still wanted us to pay for tge reservationwe were just forced to cancel. We will not be back. Ever. I have stayed a lot of places. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere.

We are so sorry for the confusion. We can see from your previous stays that you were not charged the fee before, and that is on us, since we consider anyone within a 50-mile radius "local". Unfortunately, we were training a brand-new employee the night you were to stay, and he was merely trying to stick with our policy. If he had known to look up your previous stays, he would have been able to see that you had not been charged before and followed that rule with your current booking. We also had other managers he could have contacted, but he failed to do so. We hope you'll still consider staying with us in the future, but we understand if you don't, based on this experience.

To-nights’ stay. This is a time share condo with us in suite room 328 with kitchen, washer & dryer, large living room, large bathroom (with whirlpool and room in the shower for 6), and a king bedroom. There are several chain hotels in the town, but should you be interested, the cost was very reasonable at $303 total for our two nights this time of the year. Giving this Condo a hinge rating of 4.1 (Scale of 0-5) as it is a little dated, but again in good condition. We are on the third floor (there are a bank of three condo complexes, and there sounds like a family up on the fourth floor with a little kid that likes to occasionally run around, so if thinking about this location ask for the fourth floor!

Location is pretty decent. You are right on the edge of Kenilworth. Near downtown. Near Biltmore Village. Near Mission hospital. Very central. This is an apartment building that has been converted into a hotel (as well as some condos it seems). Pros and cons? Location. As these were apartments, you have kitchens, full baths, porches, etc. Super handy. I could see this being an attractive long-term solution. Think of these as an elevated Residence Inn? The front desk folks were nice and friendly and helpful. All of the rooms (I believe) have kitchens. That would be handy I imagine for lots of people. Cons? Everything needs a bit of TLC. So many little overlooked details. Every surface is scuffed or scratched. Feels overly “builder grade”. None of it’s deal-breaking, but it’s also crazy how every little item had something off/broken/dusty/scuffed. Size We had a studio suite. Even at 550 square feet - it feels strangely proportioned and small. Queen bed (which I overlooked when booking). Large bathroom. Slightly oversized feeling furniture. I've lived in similar sized apartments in NYC that felt way more spacious. Noise It makes you depressed to think that some units are condos and people live with the complete lack of sound proofing 24-7. The person above us wasn't necessarily loud, but you could hear each step they made clearly. If someone had a dog or a child or were having a party it would be atrocious. Don't know about the sound proofing between apartments, but at least on the ceiling/floor sides, there seems to be... none. Would literally advise against this 'hotel' for that reason alone.

The noise level from the units above are unreasonable. You can hear every footstep, dog barking, baby crying , doors closing, drawers opening and just normal conversation. Getting a decent nights sleep is nearly impossible . If you stay here, insist on a top floor unit. Housekeeping is terrible. There are better options in Asheville.

This place felt like a home away from home and cost far less than we would have paid at many local hotels. The studio unit we stayed in was cozy and clean with nice amenities; marble-topped counters, a full kitchen, huge tiled shower. It didn't feel like a studio at all. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Asheville!

Great location in Asheville! When we checked in we were greeted by Deonte T. He was very friendly and welcoming . He gave us local information as well as site information. The condo was amazing! It was just me and my daughter so the two bedroom two bath was perfect for us. Price was similar to 2 hotel rooms that we would have needed. Nicely furnished and kitchen adequately stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We were on the third floor and the elevator was a blessing especially when it came to the luggage. A luggage cart was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and when I needed more sugar for my morning coffee the gentleman that was working outside our condo quickly brought me some, I wish I had gotten his name. There was plenty of parking and location felt very safe. Definitely want to return!

Pathetic excuse for accommodations. Property is over 50 yrs old and shows it at every turn. Dirt and grime just doesn’t go away. Staff tries, but unfortunately can’t get out of their own way … Do yourself a favor and just find a different place to stay.
