We stayed in a one-room suite at this property for a last-minute weekend getaway to Asheville. We were attracted to it for its proximity to everything we wanted to do, price point, and room design/layout. We had an overall pleasant experience. Check-in and check-out was effortless, our request for additional towels was fulfilled within minutes, and we found the rooms to be spacious. We also enjoyed that they were stocked with basic dishes. There were a few areas where we were disappointed. The beds were very, very firm; firmer than I typically prefer. The fireplace was inoperable and had about five metal placards that served as instructions just laying scattered on the floor when we arrived. The television was operated with a Roku (which I found odd for a hotel), but we never could get anything—cable or otherwise—to work. We had breakfast at the onsite restaurant, which I wish we would have skipped. It took quite a while to receive our food (two omelets) and the quality was just average. With as many amazing restaurants in Asheville to choose from, we shouldn’t have “wasted” a meal on something so run-of-the-mill. Our favorite part of the room was the large jetted tub… perfect to relax in with a glass of wine after a busy day exploring a great area.

Thanks for staying with us. While I'm glad you felt welcomed by our nice staff, I'm sorry to hear about the fireplace and firm beds. I hope our staff was able to make it up to you in some way.

Like all the other reviews state, ONLY stay if you get a top floor room OR if you can sleep through anything. We had to take a first floor room because we were traveling with our dog, which only can be in ground floor. A family of seven were above us. We could hear everything, every step, every cupboard closed, drawer shut, door etc. I also could smell the coffee and bacon being made at 6 am. The place is HUGE (3 bedroom) and nice showers, granite counter tops and gas fireplace but if you can’t sleep it’s not worth it. Staff was nice.

We decided to take a trip to Asheville with our daughter and two dogs. We stayed 5 nights in total at the residence and everything was fantastic. They stocked the residence will all the necessities and if you need anything additional you just pick up the phone and ask. They are centrally located in the center of Asheville and one and a half hours away from Beech and Sugar mountains for skiing and tubing. I recommend staying if you don't mind not having the full service experience.

ROOM 430 - 11/24-11-28 (2021) POOR MAINTENANCE! This was the most poorly maintained suite we have stayed in...and we travel a lot. It looked like an old apartment, that was well lived in for a while, where management did not make it move-in-ready for next tenant or in this case, next visitor. Had visible scuffs, dings and scratches on walls, floors and baseboards. Couch was dated and cookware was dirty and used. The floor in the bedroom was slanted on window side and carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. For the amount of money we paid for this dingy room for 4 nights - shame on you management! P.S: GM - This was not a housekeeping problem, so don't get on them. It was clearly a management/maintenance issue!

Two couples stayed here and it was very nice. Not a 5 star, but still nice. Two bedrooms (good beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and small balcony, free parking, Wi-Fi, etc. This is a remodeled condo unit and although some small maintenance was evident, it was still worth it. We would stay again. Meals had been included, but the cook/chef was ill, so no food — and no discount for it.

We're very glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We don't typically include meals with our stays, so perhaps there was a miscommunication? Either way, we hope you find your way back one day soon.
