My husband and I stayed here during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to be honest, I was afraid of traveling, but the stress of the last few months was getting to be too much, so we chose Asheville and I am SO happy we chose The Windsor for our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was clean (they have a sanitation rating of 100.0, I've never seen that!). They had sanitized pens, a sanitizing station for us to use, and I saw the staff cleaning and disinfecting constantly, and the room was spotless (and absolutely gorgeous)! I needed that break, I needed that hotel. I wish I could stay there every weekend!

Hotel's Favorite
I have stayed at a lot of hotels and the Windsor Boutique Hotel is the first one I have wanted to move into. Our room is perfect with a separate living room, kitchen (and even laundry) and the coolest furniture and decorations I have ever seen at a hotel. The location is ideal, right downtown where we can walk to everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We really enjoyed this charming boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free drinks in the chic lobby. Our regular king suite was enormous and beautifully decorated. We received a free bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and the locally roasted coffee left for our breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Our stay at Windsor Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect even though the virus closures of everything else in town forced us to leave a day early. All of the other reviews I had read are completely accurate. All photos of this hotel properly depict what you will find there when you visit. We will return someday.

My husband and I came for a short trip following our daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect getaway to relax and rest. There are so many great restaurants within easy walking distance. We brought a few groceries for breakfast since there’s a full kitchen, but enjoyed our other meals nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We had all the kitchen items we needed, a complimentary bag of coffee from a local roaster was by the coffee machine, and there were blankets for snuggling in with a book on the sofa in the living room. This was our second trip to the Windsor, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Asheville.
