Hotel's Favorite
We had never stayed at a Homewood Suites although we have stayed at many other Hilton properties. Our room faced the mountains which was very nice. The hotel is very quiet. We were on the 5th of 6th floors and could not hear anyone above us or anywhere else. The doors which separated the bedroom from the living room was wonderful to provide a private get away. The room was very clean. The entire hotel was very clean. They had sanitizer and wipes available throughout the property. The staff were all very friendly. I mean the entire staff made eye contact with you and said hi. A hot breakfast was provided with staff serving up the food. Covid protocols were followed. Very nice swimming pool at a lovely temperature. Great location to downtown although you can't walk there. Plenty of parking. Well maintained property. We are really glad we stayed here. We would definitely stay again.…

Even though the lobby is being repaired due to winter weather damage, all the employees are going above and beyond by bring out breakfast and the Wednesday social items into the front entrance. Karin was very friendly and always had a welcoming smile. I have to be back in town in less then a month and you can bet I will be staying at this Homewood Suites.

Wow! 1st time in Asheville, NC! Contacted Homewood Suites and without hesitation Karen made me feel at home on the telephone. Once I arrived the Customer Service was Top Notch. We were called the day before our reservation at 4pm to be notified that the restaurant and pool were closed. We would have to pick our food in the lobby and eat in our room. Due to the short notice, most of the hotels were booked and if they weren’t the prices had increased substantially. I called back to find out when the pipes busted Christmas Eve. Our reservation was for February 17th. This is a lack of consideration. Hilton customer service did not offer any discounts at their other properties that had increased since we had booked.

As always, we had the perfect room for our needs. The room was very clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. We reported a problem with our toilet to the kind front desk receptionist, Karin Fox and it was handled so efficiently by the manager, Richard Collins by getting us another room immediately. We will be back!

We stayed here for my bachelor party. Though we only spent enough time in the room to sleep and shower it was wonderful. The kitchenette and fridge are perfect for people staying a little longer to prepare small meals and the room was spacious and clean. So many hotels fumble the bag there. Not you guys. Special thanks to Karin for making sure our needs were met!

I have stayed in this hotel for several years but never knew there were "hidden gems" like room # 600 -- Yes, it cost a bit more but so worth it. I will always book this room from now on. This hotel was also recovering from winter storm damage but still offered all the amenities.

Incredible staff and very clean!! Perfect stay! Staff is very welcoming and attentive, especially Karin! Breakfast was very good as well. There is some construction going on near the main lobby due to an unfortunate situation that occurred in December but it had no effect whatsoever on my stay or the quality of my experience. Pool and hot tub also out at the moment but again had no effect on my stay. Was there for business. Very pleased!
