Needed a last minute place for the family. Suite was spacious but that was the only good part. Dirty carpet, plastic plants, and worst of all no hot water (and no front desk to call to rectify). Really disappointing. Many better options in Asheville than this.

Loved this place. Its now called Biltmore Village Hideaway by Carolina Mornings. Spacious, fresh, and convenient to shops, restaurants, and Biltmore. Park your car, catch the trolley and visit the city of Asheville. We truly enjoyed ourselves. 2 couples stayed in the 3rd floor condo. After a day of touring, we retired back at the condo and had wine and conversation by the inviting warm fireplace.

We stayed in 200A. It was lovely, HUGE and comfortable. Not sure why people would leave without staying. The pillows were a little flat in the master but they had extra bigger ones in the closets. Loved being able to walk to restaurants in the Biltmore Village. We have trouble with allergies and were a little worried about the older building with dust and all but there were no issues!

We stayed in the two floor two bedroom townhouse! We would certainly stay again as the beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and nice! All I will say is that it is a bit under decorated for such a large place. With a little decorative TLC this place would be fantastic! Would love to book again, just needs to be a bit more “pictures worthy” for travelers!

No sure why anyone thinks this place is clean but A200 was awful. Stained carpets that had not been vacuumed well (if at all), a bottle of Febreze still under the cocktail table (huh?), a year's worth of dust caked on fake plants, used rubber gloves in the master bedroom - UGH. Very impressive first look (fancy furniture, lighting, huge square footage) but quickly was disenchanted by reality. Lamp on bedside table was leaning against the wall but when I tried to right it realized the base was broken (clue: it was not a good solution - FIX IT!!). Kitchen faucet broken. Was afraid to use dishes (had they been washed?). But heck, the danged room was non-refundable. And there was no one to complain to (it's a self service deal with no attendant). I was still willing to give it a chance until I pulled back the covers on the king bed and found four pitiful pillows that were so thin it would have taken all four to make ONE decent pillow. And the bed was hard as a rock. That did it: even though it was 9 pm, I went to the faithful Hampton Inn and Suites nearby, where I KNOW I can count on a good night's sleep. Maybe in its early days this was a quite luxurious, spacious suite. Now it's just tired, old and not even worth the "bargain price" I paid (for nothing). The fact that I was willing to pay for another hotel room for three night says this place is truly terrible. Stay away.
