Pluses: Front desk girl was very helpful and provided some "real" local suggestions. Hotel is very new and trendy. Close proximity to town. Negatives: Parking is awful! When we went to our room there was a wet dog toy behind the chair... The happy hour "food" was empty and not refilled twice. The bar tender staff gives the feeling that you are bothering them. That goes both upstairs and down stairs.
To make things better- For 25$ dollars, I should not think my car is either going to get broken into or hit by another car. Have the bar tenders staff greet their customers. I'm not explaining "cleaning of the room"
Over all- I like the hotel. But I wanted to love it.

Absolute bliss! Vacation mode begins when you pull up to Valet. Upon entrance into the hotel, we were eagerly greeted by Ms. Kacey at the front desk. Ms. Kacey was absolutely amazing, the very epitome of customer satisfaction! Our stay was amazing! The breakfast area was by far the best I have ever experienced at any Hilton Brand Establishment to date. One of the Cooks from Ohio went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed and adapt to our food requirements... he's a keeper! (Best omelet at Embassy Suites EVERRRR!!! Dinner at Sopranos is an absolute must! The views are world renowned. We can wait to visit again

Stayed here for two days in Asheville and were very happy about the hotel. To start with the negative, that prevents it from full score, unfortunately your first impression is the valet. This valet is both chaotic and not very customer friendly. When we were asked if we needed a luggage cart and answered yes, he just walked away and never came back. For us it also seems completely unnecessarry, as they just drive the are into a cars just steps away, which probably had at least 100 spaces and were pretty much empty during our stay. On our departure day, it was so chaotic that the line of cars waiting for the valet employees was so long that it started to block traffic in the intersection into the hotel (which is pretty far away). I observed from the window and it was just a huge mess. The price is also steep and although it's location might defend paid parking, it could be done without a valet (or with valet as a supplement).
So to the positive, which there was a lot of as well. Hotel is on the newer side and everything looks fresh. Service is good, rooms are nice and so is the gym and the pool. The evening reception had some good snack (doesn't replace dinner like at Drury's) and drinks. Unfortunately we didn't get to check out the roof top terrace/restaurant, but we're sure that was lovely as well. The hotel is centrally located, although sightly on the outskirts of downtown. It's still within walking distance of everything though. Breakfast was your typical american one, but with an omelette/egg station, which was a nice touch.
If you don't need to stay in the middle of downtown, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very conveniently located. They didn’t service the rooms or provide fresh towels unless we called down to ask the front desk.
I would recommend triple checking your room and reservation if you book an upgraded stay. I called on the way to the hotel to make sure we were getting the Mountain View corner room we booked and they still somehow gave our room to someone else. They didn’t disclose it at check in so it was a severe disappointment.
Be cautious when booking through a third party (Credit card points, Expedia, etc) because they downgraded our room and couldn’t refund the difference between the original amount paid and the room we had to stay in because of it.
The breakfast was great. There was an option for fresh omelets, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juices, and coffee. They also had a hot bar with potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.

My daughter wanted to go see red pandas for her 8th birthday. We found red pandas in Asheville. As I usually stay at Hilton hotels, booking the Embassy Suites felt natural. This Embassy Suite surpassed any we had stayed at before. It was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly different from the usual buffet. The staff, especially Kasey and Anthony, went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday extra special by sending up a dessert and a bag of goodies. The manager, Holden, graciously accommodated a room change when one of our guests altered their plans. Despite a small hiccup, Holden called to ensure everything was okay, showing exceptional care and hospitality. We plan on returning in July hopefully.

I would Highly recommend this Embassy, and I can assure you they will get our business again. The staff was extremely nice and even went above and beyond to check on us via text while we were out enjoying the city. We stayed at this location for my husband's birthday, and in the room, they had a very beautiful and delicious dessert along with a birthday card waiting for him. The breakfast was amazing. As usual , I got an omelet that was prepared to my liking. The amenities were amazing. The weather was just right for the outdoor pool. The location is perfect. It's downtown, so you're able to walk and sight see. Valet parking is available, which made parking a true convenience. Thank you, Embassy, for such Amazing Hospitality.. Forever a Loyal Customer.

Nice location downtown. Love the new and clean feel of the hotel. We always love the spacious rooms at Embassy Suites. The employees are all very nice, whether dealing with the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast workers and valet. The room is spacious and clean. The gym is really nice and the pool looked like it would be great for kids. Breakfast was good as usual and of course it’s always nice to have the managers reception and there is plenty of seating for both. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is $30 valet parking with no other option of self park.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was beautiful. The valet staff were great! The housekeeping did a fantastic job as well. We were also pleased with the main restaurant, bar and staff there as well as the front desk staff.
There were just a few cons: 1) we booked this hotel for the sole purpose of dining at the rooftop restaurant. We’d gone back and forth on which hotel to stay at but decided on embassy suites because the rooftop restaurant looked amazing. We were so disappointed at check-in when we were told the restaurant wasn’t yet open. We feel there should be a disclaimer on the website that says, “coming soon”. 2) the mattress was comfortable but the sheets felt a bit scratchy like cheaper sheets rather than the higher thread count sheets one would expect of a hotel of this caliber. 3) just a thought— 2 waters per day (not just at check-in) for Hilton Honors members would be nice as we’ve stayed at other Hilton hotels that gave us waters each day and fresh cookies. It would be a nice touch for Honors members since it’s a higher end hotel.
All in all, we’d recommend this hotel and enjoyed our stay but we would encourage guests to check with staff ahead of time to inquire about the rooftop restaurant.

Check in was great! Arrived early (2pm) and asked for diamond upgrade to corner room. They called me about a half hour later when room (701) was ready. We stayed 3 weekday nights. Very new hotel, room was great and everything was well maintained, except for the flower beds at the main entrance that were full of garbage and dead flowers /plants (weird for a new hotel.)
Breakfast ended at a weird time 9:30. None of us remembered hearing breakfast hours at check-in. We showed up right around 9:30 and it was done. And … when it ends it ends and they put up a guard and break down of the area so we missed out the first day of our stay. Couldn’t even get coffee.
Was disappointed at the lack of outdoor seating available at the rooftop bar and restaurant. There was an empty outdoor table for two and I asked the hostess if we could be seated there and she said it was reserved. We could see the table from where we were sitting and it sat empty for over 45 minutes while the sun was setting. Then the table next to it sat empty and a couch area. I guess I’m disappointed she didn’t ask if we wanted to be put on a wait list. She gave me the impression they were booked up with reservations for outdoor seating. They could do better at communicating.
Last morning we were almost out of TP. Hubby went to front desk to ask for a roll and they said they were “out” (ha ha ha) and that they would deliver to the room. Unfortunately they never arrived. Fortunately hubby went for ice and found a cleaning staff on his journey and asked for a roll. Funny, when we couldn’t find an ice machine on our floor (7th) we called the front desk to inquire about where they were and we were told they were on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors and that there wasn’t one on the 7th floor because the restaurant is on that floor.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you had a smooth check-in experience and that you enjoyed your upgraded room. We appreciate your kind words about the condition of the room and our hotel's newness. We apologize for the state of the flower beds at the main entrance. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and we will address this issue with our maintenance team to ensure the entrance reflects the overall quality of our hotel. We regret that the breakfast hours were not clearly communicated to you upon check-in. We understand how important it is to start the day with a good meal, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We will remind our front desk staff to inform guests of the breakfast hours at check-in and will look into extending the breakfast hours or offering alternative options for those who miss the cutoff time. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the outdoor seating at our rooftop bar and restaurant. Your feedback highlights a gap in our reservation and communication process. We will ensure our staff is trained to offer waitlist options and improve communication regarding seating availability. Your experience is important to us, and we will strive to do better. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of toilet paper and the difficulty in locating an ice machine. It's concerning to hear that our front desk was not able to promptly fulfill your request. We will review our inventory management and communication protocols to ensure that such situations are handled more efficiently in the future. Additionally, we will work on providing clearer information about the locations of ice machines. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more seamless and enjoyable stay in the future.
