This hotel was great! It is right downtown and an easy walk to many great restaurants, brewpubs, shopping, and even walkable to the baseball stadium! The parking was free (nice touch for downtown); the rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked fine; the lobby was comfortable and had a nice restaurant (if you want to eat in, but there...

We're looking forward to your next visit and highly recommend taking a drive through Blue Ridge Parkway if you didn't get a chance to this time.

Our daughter was just married in Asheville and many of the guests, ourselves included, stayed at the Renaissance. Conveniently situated on the edge of downtown, it is quiet and relaxing while being a short walk to all the restaurants and fun things in town. The staff were gracious and helpful. The rooms were fine and we had a great view...

The staff was friendly and very helpful! Upon arrival, they made sure we had enough info so that we could begin our Ashville experience almost immediately. The king size room was much smaller than the double room. Quite surprising, the cleanliness of the room needed attention.

This has become my go-to hotel in Asheville. For one thing, it is right off of the interstate and is easy to recognize because of it's height among a smallish skyline. Walking distance to downtown is another big plus. The staff at check-in and at the restaurant are very attentive although I have had to wait (sometimes quite a while)...

Great central location to Biltmore and walking distance from all the downtown shops and restaurants. The outdoor patio area was very neat and we had adult refreshments out in this area every night. Its a little run down but the location makes up for it.

We stayed at the Renaissance this past weekend, and I'd say it was overall decent though nothing special. The location of the hotel is great - about 10-15 min walk from most restaurants, etc. in Downtown Asheville. It's about a 5 minute drive to the Biltmore estate. Also free parking, though it was a bit of a challenge to find...

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights at this hotel memorial day weekend. The pros of this hotel were the great view, comfortable beds, and an excellent location. We had a king room on the 11th floor. Very roomy, loved the higher ceilings in this property and the window wall. Bathroom is smallish, especially the tub/shower if you're taller or wider than average. Free parking! And you're close enough to walk over to Biltmore Ave and elsewhere and enjoy what Asheville has to offer. We didn't eat breakfast...
