My stay at the Renaissance in Asheville, NC was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, the beds felt amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only regret is having to leave before breakfast. It looked and smelled delicious!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and friends of ours stayed one night in another room (which we paid for). Stay was fine and the hotel is very nice inside. The outside could use a facelift but really isnt anything to complain about. The front desk peeps were

Dear manu4t, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your Asheville visit. Please know that we greatly value the feedback we receive from every guest as it helps us to improve our performance for future guests. We also highly value our Elite members and strive to show them our appreciation during every stay. I have passed your concerns to our leadership so that we may address the issues you listed in regards to room upgrades and housekeeping. This does not sound like the level of service our guests consistently expect when they stay with us and I hope you will consider staying with us the next time you travel to Asheville so that we may show you the caliber of service all our guests, and especially our Elite members, deserve.

I wasn't overly smitten by the room and quality of this Renaissance, maybe given the location it's on the nicer end but not what I come to expect from a Renaissance. Upon check in there were no rooms available, I was an hour early so I waited and was told to come back at

Absolutely fantastic hotel! First off the location can't be beat. It's right in downtown Asheville with walking distance to so many restaurants. Despite this, parking was free! The woman who checked me in was beyond helpful and got me to my room very quickly. Upon entering I was

Beautiful hotel! Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. They attended to every need with a smile. Lobby is beautiful and the glass fireplace makes you want to spend lots of time relaxing. My one and only wish was that there would be coffee in the lobby; that would have

There is a washer / dryer available on the 2nd floor near the pool/gym. I did not use it but one of the team mom's washed the girls soccer uniforms.

Hi there, My husband and I spent a week there in June and although we didn’t mind the walk it is a walk to most restaurants and shops and most importantly it is very hilly. There is a hotelmuch nearer called AC by Marriott which you may find a better choice.

Call the hotel. It was supposed to be open on Easter weekend but it was not.

Do they have a executive floor (rooms) and serve breakfast there?
I use to go to this hotel until they closed the executive floor lounge .... instead of updating and expanding the perk for Marriott’s most loyal customers, I was told that they didn’t need it anymore since the had the lobby bar ... are you kidding me! Find another hotel ... this one is not Friendly to Lifetime Platinum members! Good luck...
