First trip to Asheville in probably 10 years. Chose to stay at the Hilton because we had a doctors appointment in that same area. Everything about the hotel was amazing. Location, Restaurant on premises (room service) I will definitely choose the Hilton next time I come to Asheville business or pleasure it will be my home away from home.
This is a great value. Nice modern hotel located in Biltmore Park with shopping and restaurants. We switched rooms as our first room faced a wall across the street. We switched to a much better room that looked over the mountains. The room was 611 which looked down on the movie theater. I would highly recommend this room. Tons of windows and light. Room was clean and well furnished. The front desk supervisor was amazing. She got us into a much better room that was less expensive. My only complaint is that I could easily hear the people in the next room talking. I expected better sound proofing.
We recently had a stay with this hotel during a city wide water outage. We stayed without water and the night was seamless! Takidra and Rhyne made sure we had enough bottled waters and that our accommodations were perfect in every way. The maintenance team was so helpful and had an awesome attitude. This is a well run property with excellent staff, do not hesitate to book.
Mildew in the shower of room #1, water dripping from a sprinkler head in room #2 and in room #3...MOLD! I developed a terrible wheeze, and I am still suffering from the conditions at this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel management does not seem to care at all.
We traveled to Asheville NC. to spend a week for my birthday. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the valet parking attendant, who then directed us to the front desk. Our room wasn’t exactly ready upon our arrival but we had only about a 5 minute wait. Our room was a suite with a huge garden tub and a view of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, and wonderful King size bed suite, with a full bathroom and a half bathroom which was a wonderful surprise. Our room package included breakfast daily during our stay, and it was very good each morning, breakfast staff from the hostess, to the wait staff, to the cooks, it was great and I highly recommended eating there. The hotel is located in an office/restaurant park and even a movie theater, of which all were in short walking distance to the hotel. Our weeklong stay was wonderful and we will certainly return to this property, all of the staff were pleasant and we enjoyed our quiet stay (it was my birthday) for the week. I recommend this Hilton property to any and everyone!…
We enjoyed the accommodations and had wonderful breakfasts. Service was friendly and professional. The Keto Bowl and Eggs Benedict were great. The bar service was efficient and friendly. The spa is a great feature.
We had a very pleasant stay here, we where in Town for a couple of nights and the place was well appointed and the staff where incredibly welcoming and Proffesional. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the area.
This was an excellent hotel. The room looked great, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The shower was great as well; it didn’t take long to heat up and there was plenty of space. The pool might have been our favorite part of the hotel: the room was heated, and the pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. While we didn’t use all of the accommodations, they all looked great. The onsite spa was very clean, as was the gym. The hotel is also in a convenient location. There are many restaurants and local shopping areas, along with a movie theater. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Asheville.
We paid for two nights in a junior suite. Our expectation was apparently too high for this place. The bed and the pillows had to be from the DG they were the WORST! We asked to be refunded for the second day because we couldn't sleep in the bed again and we were denied.
Great hotel located in a vibrant town square with shops, restaurants, and a theater right outside the door. Convenient to downtown Asheville, Hendersonville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Asheville Airport. The staff are friendly and attentive. Don't forget to book a treatment at Sensibilities Day Spa in the hotel. I have used the meeting space and food and beverage service here, and loved working with them on groups from 10-100. Great venue for conferences.
