Picked this hotel based on TA reviews for my first visit to Asheville. I enjoyed the hotel location and the views from my hotel room. Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Parking is valet only, but it was a breeze when dropping off and picking up my SUV. Hotel was very easy to get to as it is just off I-420. Hotel was also within walking distance to all the sights in downtown Asheville. I also visited the Biltmore Mansion, which was only about 6 min drive to Biltmore Village. I had the breakfast which I enjoyed as it was fresh, the coffee was also good, plus there is a bar for drink at night. I also like that there is glass container for water where you can fill it with a water filter system on the floor. If I every come to Asheville, I would stay here again.

Great location. Walkable to shopping and cafes. Short Lyft ride to Salvage Station. Shower was broken when we arrived. Immediately repaired by hotel maintenance. Great valet parking. I highly recommend. Perfect place to start downtown Asheville.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. It starts with the downtown location which is walkable to all area attractions, and the best restaurants. The hotel is just the right size, not too big and not too small. The restaurant serves an excellent, good value full breakfast. There is a cozy and casual full service bar. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The shower was by far the best hotel shower ever. One other thing, the pillows are great. I forgot to ask the desk clerk if I could purchase some before I left. There is no other hotel in Ashville that has so much to offer

Had I known the goofy way this hotel operates I would’ve chosen another place. You have to do valet parking, $20. Valet driver told me that the owner lives on the top floor and he doesn’t want anyone running into their vehicles. The best and closest to the elevator parking places in the garage are reserved and marked for owner parking only. Also, signs all over the place no firearms allowed on premises. I’ll take my firearms wherever I want. Our room was on the 4th floor with a nice mountain range view so that earned a 2 star. However it was still noisy all night long from vehicle noise and trash pickup at 5:00 AM. Lastly the room furniture looks like it was picked from a thrift store. Worn out and tacky. I got a night cocktail White Russian from the bar downstairs, $20.00 with a small tip. The front desk people are huffy and seem to be more interested in bossing us around than welcoming. …

Central location, good breakfast included, lovely room with a huge shower. Bed was very comfortable Easy walk into the historic areas and the visitors centre where we caught the hop-on-hop-off trolley bus. A very informative tour Asheville was very pretty

Good location, friendly staff but rooms were pretty dinged up and dirty. I don't think they vacuum the halls or rooms regularly or at all. the dresser drawers were pretty dirty and the there was dust pretty much everywhere in the rooms. Housekeeping came once during our four night stay and not until the late afternoon when we wanted to be in our room. I don’t think housekeeping did anything to clean the room except take out the trash and fold some towels. No self parking, beds are comfortable. I incorrectly assumed the restaurant would serve dinner, but they only serve breakfast.

This hotel was very nice but it is not really downtown Asheville….give or take a 5 to 10 minute walk to all major attractions. Valet parking was fast and always friendly. Hotel staff was wonderful. Front desk staff helped us book restaurants and gave recommendations to visit sites around Asheville. Rooms are clean spacious and had a great view of the city.

This hotel is near downtown, convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff was pleasant. The room was disgusting. Virtually every piece of furniture looked like someone beat it with a hammer. There were huge digs, starches, paint/nail polish drips, a ceramic base on the table with a large piece broken out of it, rusty light fixtures, gross black grout around the bathroom and shower tile ( it started as white grout from what I can tell) something brown and greasy smeared on the back of the bathroom door, etc. I was truly embarrassed to have picked out this hotel and asked my partner to stay here with me. Very surprised at the total lack of upkeep. I was also charged $20 to park my car with their valet when I asked if there was any self parking they told me no, but after giving my keys and money to their valet I noticed plenty of on the street parking all around. I also wrote to the hotel management about the horrible room and got a form letter back. I guess they get too many complaints to answer them all. …

Only stayed one night for a quick visit to Asheville. Hotel was in a great location- easy walk to breweries and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, room was quiet and had plenty of room. Will definitely visit again.

I needed a quick place to crash on a road trip. I have a very small, quiet, clean whippet puppy traveling with me. Room rate is $98 with taxes, etc. steal. Pet rate is $75, non refundable. That is not a pet-friendly hotel. What are they thinking? Punish the people with bad/dirty/loud pets. Not everyone.
