I chose Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area to serve as the hub of our recent Blue Ridge Parkway excursion. Our room was a 2QN Studio Suite. There were two comfy queen beds; a decent sofa bed; desk; wet bar with refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave; and a large bathroom. The suite offered plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and relax after a long day on the parkway. We even enjoyed a take out meal from one of the many nearby restaurants. The standard continental breakfast was included. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a modern look and every employee we encountered was cheerful and helpful. The hotel has easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Shopping and dining are also nearby. There is a nice grocery store adjacent to the hotel. The bar area and outdoor fire pit are a nice addition. I would try to get a room on the back side of the hotel. The road noise can be heard from the rooms, even on the 6th floor. The area seemed safe, secure and was adequately illuminated. I booked the room approximately 3 weeks early, via the Hilton App, and got a decent AAA rate. The digital key is a nice touch. Just out of curiosity, I checked the rate several days before our arrival. The same room was almost $100 dollars more. It was prime leaf viewing time, in the mountains, however. The key take away here, book early, if possible. Thank you to Hilton for continuing to provide the quality and comfort I have come to expect, from your brand. Hampton Inn & Suites Biltmore Area is definitely worth a try when you’re in the area.

Hotel's Favorite
My mother and I were staying at another non Hilton hotel when we arrived. It was HORRIBLE. Super loud traffic, dingy room, smelled, thin walls so you hear everything your neighbor does, no breakfast and not near area attractions. I researched several hotels in the area and found this hotel. My gosh what a beautiful hotel! It is extremely clean, smelled very clean, offers a very safe breakfast, hand sanitizer stations through out the lobby, free masks, very, very clean rooms. Super friendly staff. The beds were a dream. WIFI connection is excellent. Near Biltmore Forest, Biltmore Park and Blue Ridge Parkway with a beautiful shopping mall right across the street. A great grocery store right next door as well. Microwave, refrig, coffee maker and even HBO channels. Never heard any of our neighbors or loud traffic. Great parking lot too. Robin and Elizsabeth at the front desk couldn't be more helpful! Mary who cleans the rooms was super sweet and such a hard worker. We stayed here for 8 nights and have not one single complaint. I'm SUPER picky too. This is a great place, you feel like you actually are on vacation.

Booking with Angie was a breeze and we even qualified for a discount on our rooms due to a group rate. Super clean hotel and COVID regulations were very clear and followed. The hotel is super trendy and updated. Really enjoyed the pool area and fire pit. Thank you for our stay.

Motel was clean, comfortable, and had modern updated look. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is convenient to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. The Outlet Mall is just down the street and many good restaurants within a few miles. The breakfast was very limited due to the current pandemic with only cereal, muffins, yogurt, and apples to eat. However, I realize they are trying to do the best possible with the current guidelines. All staff were wearing masks and following company policy. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The quality and the experience that one would expect from a Hilton property
