Weird location but ok. Quiet. However, upon walking into room, took a quick look around and there was trash from the previous travelers left in the room. Went down to check in and husband was given sanitizer and gloves and told to leave trash in hallway. In this day of COVID you’d think there would be better cleanliness! Not offered different room basically, clean it up yourself. Also, alarm went off around 9pm that night... nothing found for the cause but at 5am woken by staff asking about fire alarm! 8 hours later but they stayed it just went off to their records.... was offer $15 snack credit... Breakfast no tongs, gloves, nothing. Everyone touching everything. Would not recommend! Dangerous!

Room appeared to be clean. They have removed carpet so you hear people above you walking at night. Ants in the room. 2 small ice machines that could not keep up. Could not get ice till early morning. Jacuzzi jets hardly worked. Free breakfast is packaged muffins and instant pkg of grits and oatmeal. I use cpap machine at night but only one plug at head of bed so I had to unplug room phone to be able to use sleep machine.

Personally, I wouldn’t stay again. I prefer a larger parking lot so I don’t get door dings. The room itself (Double Queen, 1st Floor) was not bad. It was recently renovated, but one of the beds shifted quite a bit, the tv remote control did not work, it seems that this room had been roughed up. However, for the trip we were on (and the price of this room was $75/night), the room was great. As far as service, the staff was attentive and helpful when there was an issue. However, when we checked in, there was a non Choice Platinum/Diamond member who parked in a reserved spot and they asked if they could stay parked there even though they were not members of Choice Privileges, the front desk clerk gave them the go ahead, and that it really didn’t matter... This was a vastly different experience than the Cambria I stayed at earlier this year. While I personally would not stay again, I’d recommend to family and friends.

I stayed a night after a long drive, the hotel is flanked by an on ramp and a busy multilane local road and i heard the noise all night. I also heard a lot of noise from the room above, foot steps and things falling. While the faux hard wood floors are nice on the eyes, they do not sound insulate and make things worse. I was also puzzled as there was no desk, just a high shelf and a regular office chair.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The staff were pleasant, ready to please, and friendly. Yes, masks were required in the lobby and breakfast was prepackaged muffins but they are making the best of getting back in business post Covid shutdown. The rooms are clean and fresh. We had a spa in the room and enjoyed a soak with jets. It was easy access to downtown and anywhere we wanted to visit. Hotels are meant to sleep in- adventures are outside. This was a safe, clean, and accommodating room.
