Was in town to see the Biltmore. My overnight here was fine. It was quiet, clean, with decent parking. Breakfast was a bit less substantial than I expected despite nearly living in mostly Choice Hotels when traveling for work and pleasure. It was a good budget hotel and a good value. Would easily stay again.

What's not to love about this hotel? My husband and I stayed here two nights. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast had great selections and was tasty. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a week in mid-June to explore the North Carolina and Tennessee mountains. If you want to be really close to downtown Asheville, this isn’t the place for you, but if you don’t mind being a few minutes drive away, it works out just fine. The access to interstate 40 makes it a great place for exploring the entire Blue Ridge and Smokies. Cracker Barrel and Applebee’s are very close by if you need a place to eat. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area featured sausage and eggs along with the usual assortment of continental breads and pastries. As for the room itself, it doesn’t look quite as nice as it does on the website, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The shower took a little time to warm up, but that wasn’t too big a deal. Room size was okay for a solo traveler, though maybe a little too snug for some couples. I really don’t get all the five star reviews for this place. I would rate it somewhere between three and four. Given how expensive downtown Asheville has become in recent years, I feel comfortable rating this place four stars since it does offer pretty good value at a reasonable price. If money is no object, stay at the Omni Grove. It’s beautiful, so much so that you should visit it even if you don’t stay there. If money is an object, as it is for most of us, the Sleep Inn will suffice.

Loved their breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy. Located in a safe area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Just be careful when it is snowing. It is located on a hilltop. Have stayed there more than a dozen times.

Good price, clean, a bit away from town though. Service is good, ok breakfast. Worst bathroom design ever. The shower is in the same little room as the toilet but no dressing area. The dressing area is in the main bedroom. So if you take a shower its so hard to get dressed with what they provide and you have to turn the light on to brush your teeth and finish up. If you travel by yourself its fine but with a family its a pain. Just dumb..
