Enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out, outstanding. Management and staff were far and beyond expectations. The Hampton was clean and neat. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Hampton. Great staff.

We stayed here recently during a trip to Asheville. We made the mistake of staying somewhere else on our first night in town. Bad move! This hotel is very clean and the people working there are very friendly. Love the indoor pool and the outside lounge area.

The staff members at the Hampton Inn - Tunnel Road provide an excellent experience. Our room was extremely clean (as were the public areas of the hotel). The location is ideal for visiting Asheville and the surrounding region. We stayed for five nights and were impressed with all aspects of the hotel.

Our stay began with friendly, efficient front desk greeting and checking us in quickly, to a lovely, quiet, very nice and immaculate room. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of items and very fresh and tasty! You could see staff cleaning and happy to provide assistance where needed. Buying our tickets to the Biltmore was a big plus also....

Great room and location. Bed was fantastic. Very quiet, even though pool was just outside door with lots of families. Still very quiet. 2 thumbs up. Great shower and bathroom. The scintillating accommodations were that of a very expensive hotel

I stayed for a couple of days with a friend for a nice relaxing time in the mountains! Everything was clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, Britney and her crew that day did A truly hospitable job! Check in was very easy when using the Hilton app.

Rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff members are pleasant and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is better than any other place we have stayed. Would recommend this hotel to others and we will stay there again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The room was immaculate, the staff inviting and very helpful, and the location was convenient to everything we were interested in doing. The breakfast was above average, and again, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming...we will definitely stay here again, if we are in the neighborhood!

Excellent relatively new Hampton Inn, well-located if you need to get to and from downtown Asheville easily and close to highways and big shopping center as well. Very helpful front-desk staff (gave me clear directions and warned me about potentially dangerous exit onto busy street.
