Kind service, clean rooms, many activities in and out, and a good location. Not even a smudge on the carpet. Spacious room with a nice tv and a nice looking room. The town near by has some nice restaurants very close to the hotel with a beautiful mountain view outside the door.

The first thing you’ll notice on arrival is how clean and well maintained everything is. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The best mattress on our week long road trip. The amenities are great too! An indoor heated pool. A common area outside with rocking chairs and a fire pit with complimentary firewood. I even spied board games in the lobby! The inn is older, so don’t expect rooms to be like checking into an Indigo or something. That being said, the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you’re touring around region be sure to speak with Eric, the manager. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. And he has good insights, vs some people who are just know-it-all’s. We took his suggestions for routing and couldn’t be happier. Overall, out of all the places we’ve stayed at on our road trip this is our favorite.

This is a reasonably priced hotel and is the last one furthest southern of the town. Great views off the US 50. Now for the deal breakers. 1. 7PM check-in day- no hot shower water; more like lukewarm ~100F. Although the staff was tracking the issue, the problem worsened the following morning. Stated the problem would resolve around 10am. Checkout is 11. 2. Brown bag breakfast. Understanding the global situation, could have been better on options. 3. Yogurt in the brown bag breakfast was almost 4 weeks past the use by date. We would not return; there are half dozen other options on the same road.

We apologize for all of the negative things you experienced during your stay. We have corrected all of the things you mentioned, such as the hot water issue, the yogurt out of dates, as well as having more options for breakfast. As things improve with the global pandemic, our breakfast options will improve even that much more and will be able to go back to the wonderful breakfast we offer to our guests. We do know and understand your hesitations of returning back to our property in the future, but we do hope that you could and would give us another opportunity to show you the improvements we have made at our property. We sincerely thank you for sharing your concerns with us, as we corrected them immediately. All of us here appreciate you, and we do hope to see you again in the future.

Ended up here after another place fell through and were so pleased that we stayed here. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and very nicely updated. Most older hotels have very short toilets and shower heads. This place has higher seats and tall shower heads. My husband and I are both 6 feet and this was wonderful for us. The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to help remedy a very small thing for us. We'd definitely stay here again.
