This is a reasonably priced hotel and is the last one furthest southern of the town. Great views off the US 50. Now for the deal breakers. 1. 7PM check-in day- no hot shower water; more like lukewarm ~100F. Although the staff was tracking the issue, the problem worsened the following morning. Stated the problem would resolve around 10am. Checkout is 11. 2. Brown bag breakfast. Understanding the global situation, could have been better on options. 3. Yogurt in the brown bag breakfast was almost 4 weeks past the use by date. We would not return; there are half dozen other options on the same road.

Ended up here after another place fell through and were so pleased that we stayed here. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and very nicely updated. Most older hotels have very short toilets and shower heads. This place has higher seats and tall shower heads. My husband and I are both 6 feet and this was wonderful for us. The staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to help remedy a very small thing for us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this motel! Well worth the short drive out of downtown Gunnison! Had a huge pool and an amazing outdoor area with everything you could think of to enjoy the Colorado weather! Games for kids, rocking chairs, patio couches & chairs, grills, firepits, and lots of lawn to let the kids run around on. Washer and Dryer was easily accessible. The beds were very comfy and I appreciated the effort that was put into decorating the rooms to make them homey. Very family oriented, laid back atmosphere that gave us the feeling of 'simpler times'-perfect for our vacation stay. The innkeeper - Alexaleksandra went above and beyond to take care of us - very impressed with her customer service.

I liked it but when I looked the next day after I left I saw that on Airbnb the price was $78, not $120. Also, on their site the price was $90 or something. I won't stay there again. I thought that was really shoddy. I was very tired from a very long drive and just walked in and they took advantage of me. Kinda ick.
