We stayed here last night. The room reeked when we opened the door. I think it was laundry detergent, but could have been some kind of cleaner. We opened the windows and doors. My partner got a headache and I had a wonderful sinus snotty allergic reaction. The rooms was very small with a queen bed, which was OK comfortable, and pillows that might have been filled with sawdust. There was no way to read unless you brought your own light. The owners also seem to live out back and had some chainsawing to do as the sun was setting, so that was a lovely bit of ambiance. You can also hear the highway noise throughout the night despite being a block off of the highway. They have tried to make it cute, but it's not comfortable. Probably worth the ten or twenty bucks to spend the night someplace else.…
This place is disgusting, the room smelled like pee and mothballs and the carpets were stained and dirty in both rooms I looked at. They refused to give any money back because it was the day of but I can’t sleep in a urine cloud.
Very quiet, very clean, very comfortable, very nice owners. Parking in front of room. Grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. Rooms are quiet and well maintained and clean. Breakfast cookies and coffee in lobby. A/C worked great! Highly recommend this hotel, even though is not near downtown (3 minutes tops) so not within walking distance of restaurants. By far the BEST HOTEL on our trip from Texas to Idaho.
We loved staying in this motel. It was clean albeit small. The management was very accommodating. They even provided a coffee maker so we could have coffee early. Beds were comfy. The “breakfast” was sparse w no fruit
Stayed one night because the elevation in Mount Crested Butte was making us delirious. $110 in July. A little on the outskirts. Place was fine but had an odd odor be we didn't notice it after a while. Decor seemed old and new at the same time. The rustic look was kinda cool. Cookies and coffee in the morning.
