I love coming here with my family, but the pass 3 times the pool heater have been broken. I have small kids they love going in the pool , but if the pool is freezing, I can't risk my kids getting sick. And, I can't enjoy my stay , if they are constantly asking mami can we please get in the pool...... Please fix it asap. Going back soon.

I was going into the hotel room and seen the toilet wasn't fully clean. I still seen some mess stains inside of the toilet. I had to go and buy some toilet bowl cleaner to clean it. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room which was the one on the spindle in the bathroom. None no where else. I had to go out and buy some toilet paper on my own from dollar general. They should work on cleaning well and stocking.

Keep driving. Try Motel 1 instead. This is at best a one star motel. Stained towels, no hot water, bare rooms, no closet, not even a hair dryer. Called the front desk at 6:00 a.m. regarding no hot water, response was “We got no maintenance until 8”.

Just checked in. Man on receptuon could not understand I had already booked and paid for my room. When I explained again he just said " ID?" So I handed my passport over. He then gave me a room key and turned his back on me. I asked for directions to the room he struggled and said through those doors. And started serving the next person. I politely asked for my passport back, which was thrown across the counter without a word said The room incidentally was actually two buildings away upstairs, found by trial and error. The room is at least clean, but the lack of curtousy on the front desk was appalling.

This place was literally filthy and horribly rundown. It was a last minute booking with little else available in town. The furniture was in poor condition, curtains were wrinkled & tattered, and the carpet was filthy. The bathtub was rusty and the faucets corroded. It was, by far, the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We were booked to stay two nights but only stayed one. When we stopped by the desk to tell them, we were leaving at night early and why, the response was a simple. “I’m sorry you didn’t like the room.”

I ordered this hotel based on 3-star rating of Priceline. I stayed there for 2 days. It was the worst hotel experience in my life. This is the worst 3-star hotel I stayed. It was dirtier , smellier than all 1-star moteIs I stayed in my life. Upon arrival, I did not feel this Floridian hotel was like 3-star. The outside walls and the door and windows were shabby, which were more like 1-1.5 star motels in some poor US areas I travelled before. When I entered the room, I could smell something weird. But my kids were so tired and they just wanted to lay down. Then I found only one desk lamp in the living area could be turned on. All Other lights were broken. The floor color showed itself it was dirty. The inside walls and ceiling were typical materials like a cheap motel, far far away from a 3-star hotel style. My kids did not want to change their pajama in the bathroom. I asked why? They told me the bathroom was stink. Then I checked the bathroom, it had a smell like a mix of urine and mold. When I took a bath, I found that I could not adjust the temperature. The AC was weak. The room never reached 72 F. The room was claimed 330 sq ft. But it was really smaller than the room of 250 sq ft, I stayed the day before I reached Floridian. When I tried to plug the cell phone adapter to the wall outlet, all my adapters couldn’t stay in the power outlet. They all fell to the floor because the outlet were loose. I contacted Priceline next morning and told them the 3-star Floridian hotel was not 3-star at all. I had stayed hotels from 1-4 stars. I knew what a 3-star hotel looked like. The Priceline customer service replied to me that their rating was stricter than others and This Floridian hotel had 6.8/10 customer reviews. Priceline service implied that I was lying. When I searched the customer reviews of this Floridian hotel in Priceline website, all reviews were not from Priceline real customers, but from a third party named booking.com. When I tried to review this hotel in Priceline, Priceline just did not show me any options to post my experience in their website. I will not trust Priceline 3-star rating any more, especially for the unknown hotel brands. I felt that I was misled by their 3-star rating to place an order on a hotel I did not hear before. If I stayed in a named hotel of 1.5 to 2.5 star, the experience would be much better and save some money. My wife hated to stay there and she would not allow me make a hotel reservation any more. Another weird thing happened to me was the laundry stealing near this Floridian hotel. Though it was not directly related to this hotel, it could indicate the community safety level around this hotel. The family clothes were put over night in a washer of a laundry 0.7 mile away. Next morning, my wife lost 2 skirts and 1 swimming suit. I lost my swimming suit and one short. This was the 1st laundry stealing incident in my whole life. My lessens learned: Priceline star rating only good for named brands. Avoid unfamiliar 3-star hotels rated by Priceline. Avoid pricebreaker deals of Priceline, which means higher total price. Avoid hotel reviews from Priceline or booking.com

Was fine for a couple of nights driving though. Really lovely owner, could not do enough for you. Large room but the shower was very tired with low pressure and a noisy air con unit. Swimming pool was a great addition and the breakfast was really Good. It included hot eggs and a wide range of baked good, juice and cereal

The room I had was booked through Expedia. While I don't know exactly how much I paid for the room, it was not very expensive. BED: Very soft and mushy. Sheets felt like paper towels. ROOM: Was not dirty but could have used a deep cleaning. POOL: Disgustingly hot. Not filthy but needs a good scrubbing. The TIKI/Cabanas they advertise are tiny fake palm trees with a saw grass cover. BREAKFAST: What you would expect from a tourist hotel. Weekends had eggs and tater tots. (Eggs were very good) NOISE: I was on the first floor facing the parking lot...People are RUDE...all kinds of unnecessary racket outside the doors. FIRE HAZARD: Extension cords are used for lamps and other things. WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN: Yes. For a bargain hotel it has a great location. And while it is not a 4 or 5 start place 3 stars is fair.

I despise it when you're in the hospitality business and you don't reinvest in your business. The floors are nasty! There is mold on the bathroom! At least the sheets were clean, but beyond that. YUCK
