Our son and daughter in law stayed here 14 years ago on their anniversary trip relocating in Oregon from Indiana, and when they found out we were taking a bucket list trip out west thy encouraged us to stay here. Well, staying at a ranch wasn’t something I was necessarily wanting to do but I am SO GLAD we did. The experience was fun and oh so memorable for all the right reasons: we felt welcomed right from our arrival and until we left. We enjoyed a clean guest room, a unique environment, a delicious and home-made breakfast, and learned from our hosts their family’s three generation history on this land. We’ve never had such a unique B&B experience and doubt we ever will again.

This guest ranch is beautiful ad its clear the owners take pride in their inn. We had a beautiful room with 2 queens and a spa like bathroom plus breakfast the next day - served family style in the dining room/back porch. I'm still thinking about the biscuits and honey! The ranch itself is about 4 miles from the entrance station to Badlands National Park and a quick and easy drive (sedans might have a little trouble navigating the steep entrance to the ranch - rent an SUV). We brought dinner with us and had a great night out on the deck and then by the campfire before heading to Badlands the next day. Don't hesitate to book here and stay a couple days.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and commoner areas, excellent ranch breakfast. We were so impressed. The owners treated us like family and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Badlands. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Circle View Ranch was simply amazing! The views are worth the visit by themselves! The owners were extremely pleasant and took the time to converse with all the guests during a made from scratch breakfast, and the food was delicious! The numerous black and white photos that are in the ranch are wonderful. I really enjoyed the fossil display in the large common area.

Our recent stay at Circle View was wonderful. The rooms were clean, towels were fluffy and breakfast was the best. Views are lovely and staying in the house with kitchen available was well thought out by the owners . We arrived a bit before sunset and enjoyed the swings , chickens and donkeys, one is a bit naughty Very comfortable beds and private bath were welcome after a long day exploring the badlands. Highly Recommend.

Our stay at the Circle View Ranch was outstanding. The bunkhouse room was spotlessly clean & comfortable. The house has plenty of room for playing games, relaxing, and enjoying the incredibly beautiful view of Badlands National park. It was so convenient to have a full kitchen available to us. The ranch animals are great. It was so much fun to feed the chickens. This property is in a great location for visiting Badlands park. We loved our stay here.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Entire family loved it. Phil checked us in and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Was able to use the kitchen to store food and refreeze freezer packs. Grill was available to grill own food. House and barn are set up on a hill with fantastic views of river and Badlands. Truly a magical area. Kids got to feed the donkeys carrots. Room was a little tight but had enough space and our own bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable and towels were of good quality. Took advantage if game room with ping pong table and foosball. Since they don’t allow young kids in main house it was nice and quiet after 9pm. The only negative of whole experience was the shades were not blackout so it was super bright in the room at 5:30am. Bfast was at 7:30am sharp and Amy is a pro. All food was phenomenal. Highlights were the blueberry pancakes, white chocolate and raspberry scones and cherry pistachio granola. So good! Kids liked helping with chores after bfast which involved feeding chickens and looking for hen eggs. Definitely a highlight of our road-trip and would love to visit again. …

Philip and Amy were wonderful hosts! They made us feel quite welcome the entire stay. We didn't want to leave! The guest house is big and homey. Breakfast was exceptional. Interesting things for kids and adults to do on the ranch. Great location from which to explore Badlands NP. Highly recommend a visit!

So I wanted to stay more than just one night at Badlands since the last time I was here the kids were young and we just had hours to visit trying to squeeze so much in. This time we planned ahead but were only able to get one night in the park so we added a second night at the Circle View. Amy and Phil (who spells his name the wrong way) and their family were great. Staying in the park is nice but you get what you expect. When I come back I will just stay at Circle View. I took some great pictures of the property and had a hike down by the river. The family dog came with me and showed me where to go and not go. the deck overlooking the river and vista is made from a movie. The AC was needed to escape the heat of the day. Breakfast was great with special treats and we all slept perfect. I even finished some work in front of the vista....No need to look elsewhere. This is the place to stay. …

The ranch was so comfortable and homey. A great place to unwind. The views were fabulous, the breakfast was fantastic and the owners and their family were super friendly. It was a great opportunity also to connect with other guests from different parts of the country. We especially loved Jack the mischievous donkey!
