If you love antiques and want a blast from the past with modern day hospitality, then you must check out the Atlantic Hotel! Great service, in a quaint all American town, and accommodating. There is a bar and restaurant and facilities to host large parties or weddings. Each room is unique and different from the rest. We always stay in the “Anna” suite which has a kitchen separate living area and a bedroom. There is Coffee stations on each floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors are solely rooms. Wheelchair accessible. Come during the holidays for an even magical experience. Great for a romantic getaway or with small kids. For such a classy hotel the price is on point! I encourage you to check out their website.

We stopped at The Atlantic Hotel for dinner on Monday evening, August 5th, and it was a lovely evening!! My seafood medley meal was unique with barbecue shrimp & scallops and I enjoyed it very much. Everyone enjoyed their food but the service seemed like it was overwhelmed. The live music was good but too loud. Overall it was a nice evening with friends.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our anniversary weekend. We stayed in room #14. The hotel and our room had a musty, damp odor, and the bed smelled a little like wet dog. It was hard to get the right temperature in the room. No matter how I adjusted the thermostat it was either freezing or humid. The mattress was very uncomfortable and squeaked so loudly. Neither of us slept very well. On the plus side, I liked the clawfoot tub in the bathroom, and the water pressure from the shower was really good. The staff was also very nice. Overall I wish we would have just stayed in Ocean City at the beach, since we spent all of our time there anyway.

We had to been to Berlin before and enjoyed walking around and goin in the shops. We had wanted to try the Atlantic Hotel so we went for lunch. It was very underwhelming. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice and helpful. Neither my husband or myself thought our meal was great.

This quaint historic hotel in the heart of Berlin has restored its original glory. Beautiful Victorian suites with period furnishings and modern amenities like wifi and high quality linens make it a cozy place. The enticing open porch facing Main Street is a huge draw for relaxing time or meeting friends. No breakfast served here. Elevator makes it accessible for anyone who has disabilities. Wonderful cafe for good happy hour specials and hearty dinners featuring local sourced ingredients. Bar scene very popular even with the locals who like to celebrate here. Sitting rooms on each floor for private conversations or reading. Very cordial and professional staff. Large groups handled but with reservations placed beforehand. Not so much family friendly stay with kids though. But a great place to explore a tremendous appealing small town. Check with the welcome center for upcoming events calendar to plan.
