Was in the area for a party and my friend booked this fabulous spot for me. She stayed there with her husband as well. It could not have been a nicer stay, even in the brutally hot weather. Check-in amounted to a two-minute stop to collect my key and though I chose the elevator, the grand entrance staircase beckoned for... More

Delicious and very garlicky hummus lunch, my husband had a huge chicken sandwich. Both were very nice, if the service somewhat slow. The town provides a very pleasant environment to sit outside, and there is a very nice screened verandah to keep diners cool. They even allow small and well behaved dogs on the verandas, a big plus for us.

We booked last minute because we were on the road just wandering. We stumbled on this beautiful old classic hotel. Beautiful appointments, velvet draperies, feather bed toppers wide board wood floors with gorgeous carpets. They have done a great job with an old building to work around bringing modern amenities to the guests.(kueregs in the hallways outside of room instead... More

I visited this hotel a while back with family. Was so excited to finally step foot on the location where the "Runaway Bride" was filmed. Loved the movie and the hotel was really beautifully designed. Can only comment on the lovely grounds and how nice the staff were. Have not actually stayed there overnight yet (hopefully soon!). We did enjoy... More

And -why did I wait so long? Well, better late than ever. We ate outside as the weather was amazing and it was very enjoyable. The service is impeccable. The food gourmet and sitting under the big tree was wonderful. My steak salad was absolutely a perfect A , husbands salmon BLT aB+. My God daughter had the hamburger -... More

Very comfortable room, loved the dressing gown and smart "toiletries", rocking on the porch with cup of Earl Grey or morning coffee super! Obviously a "smart" escape from DC Baltimore etc! Was surprised there was no breakfast, and could not even get a glass of OJ at 8-30 a.m. However diner nearby did great blueberry pancakes a steal at ten... More

We ordered the crabby chicken, pea soup and thefillet kabobs...everything was extremely good..the best meal we have had since being in Berlin this week. Our waiter, Daniel was super...he was nice, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. This will be a regular stop... More

We stayed for three nights during the summer season. The staff were attentive even though busy. The hotel is small and charming. Dining room and bar have a variety of offerings and are solid choices for dinner or a night cap. Berlin is a short drive to the National Seashore. Antique stores, yarn shop, and coffee are walkable. The rooms... More

We stayed here for a wedding instead of staying in Ocean City and were very happy with our choice. This beautiful historic hotel is situated right in the middle of Berlin. (The town itself is beautiful, but that's another review!) The Atlantic hotel has free parking in the rear, but welcomes you in the front with a cafe, a beautiful... More

For those looking for a quiet piece of history with all the amenities, great bar, food and entertainment- look no further! Don't miss all the local made goods that line the streets of shops that truly belie an American 'main street' experience. We spent an amazing evening watching a huge storm from rocking chairs on the porch with martinis or... More
