The location was convenient with plenty of parking. They are not offering breakfast during the pandemic, nor doing housekeeping during your stay. There is a fair amount of traffic noise from the main drag, although this would be an issue for any hotel on Main St. There was parking and it was very convenient for walking to the shops and restaurants downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a large refrigerator and the bed was comfortable. I know it is in the desert, but the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. The A/C worked well.

Loved our stay here in Moab. The motel was more than we expected. It was clean, spacious, perfect for our family and right in the middle of the action in town. We arrived late morning to visit Arches National Park and unfortunately the park was closed because it was at capacity. We asked for early check in but the earliest they had was 1 pm but they said they would call me to let me know as soon as it was available - and they did! The kids enjoyed lunch out by the gated pool and spent the entire afternoon splashing in the the heated pool and going down the water slide. My husband and I could see them playing from our room so we could relax in the air conditioning. I must say, I am a shampoo/conditioner/soap snob - and was pleasantly surprised by their Body Works Aromatherapy collection. BONUS! If I had to make one change, I would ask for a bigger dinning table in the room. If you do not have reservations at a restaurant in town at dinner time, you'll be eating take-out/fast food in your room and the tiny table with 2 chairs was not enough for our family of 4. Not a deal breaker but merely a suggestion!

We only stayed one night, but I would book here again. Our room was very clean (retro), and well stocked with necessities. The room cooled nicely, as it was 109* that day. There was a pool with slide, laundry facility, ice machine, front lobby, etc. Located right in downtown area. The only downside was that they didn’t serve breakfast as they traditionally do because of COVID-19. It would have been nice to receive something for breakfast, even if it was individual boxes of cereal, pints of milk, cans of juice, individually packaged pastries, etc.

The Expedition Lodge's retro decor is super cute. The lodge is clean, coin laundry is on-site, and the staff was very friendly. The pool is right off the main drag of Moab, and gets A LOT of afternoon desert sun, but we enjoyed it. A portion of the pool is tiled off and only about 18-24" deep for smaller kids, or for adults who want to lounge. Us adults even loved the water slide! No daily maid service or breakfast given COVID, which we expected. The breakfast room looked super cute, so I'm sorry we didn't get to use it. Easy contact-less check in and check out. Table tennis and a couple video games are available. The lodge is within a few blocks of multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and is located off the main street that takes you directly to Arches and Canyonlands.

When we booked our stay they offered breakfast. Because of covid they chose to not serve breakfast. When I confronted them about no credit for no breakfast they wouldn't give me any credit. The other issue was the shower did not drain correctly. Other than that the property was nice and in a great location.
