One of the last Traditional B&B in Moab, with us, the Innkeepers living on site. Reluctant to give up the Art of Hosting Guests in our Home, we have been enjoying and helping thousands of tourists from all over the World for the past 12 years. With our Full complimentary Breakfast you will taste our Homemade Breads, Yogurts and Jams, along with Farm to Table Entrees made with Fresh Eggs from our own Chickens. Our B&B is situated in a quiet residential area that offers our guests a relaxing coziness of a home like feel. From our backyard you can unwind amidst the sounds of nature enjoying the commanding views of stunning red rock formations and snow-capped mountain peaks. Desert Hills Bed & Breakfast is just minutes from downtown, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and just a short walk from Moab’s Golf Course where you can play 18-holes in one of the most visually appealing courses in the state.

First of all, a very warm friendly welcome by Anna ! Not just a welcome but also a visit of the whole house, you name it, she showed us. Drinks were offered and could be used during your stay, same for biscuits, fruits, ... Afterwards, we went to our rooms ... how spacious, clean, completely equiped, very close to perfection. And then, most important, the breakfast. Vic really know how to please his guests with a complete breakfast (cold & hot - especially the pancakes). Anna & vic know Moab, its restaurants, places to be and, be sure of it, you wan't get disappointed in the restaurants they propose. They also have a very good knowledge about the National Parks in the vicinity and even a but further down you itenarery. Excellent. So, we really enjoyed our stay and that's - for sure - thanks to Anna & Vic;

Property's Favorite Review
You'd be crazy to NOT stay at Desert Hills. This was our second time visiting (last time was 3 years ago), and the high quality of this B&B has not changed a bit. In fact, it's even better! This time we stayed for 9 days to really explore the area, and again we felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anna and Vic are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are simply fantastic. Our favorite room is the Sunrise room, but all the rooms are really quite good. The only small drawback to this B&B is that you need a car....the B&B is a 10-minute drive south of town, so if you are looking to be in the town of Moab and want to walk to dinner every night, this is not the place for you. I think that this is the best B&B that we've stayed in, and we've been to 40 states and 50 countries worldwide. So again, you'd be crazy to NOT stay here. Be sure to reserve well in advance!

My husband, my daughter and I were there for 5 nights. I am very critical person. Everything was perfect to me. I had my birthday when I was there and I got a special breakfast. You can read the other reviews and you are going to find out everything about the place, but what you don’t know and you can not read is about the caring and respect that is inside of the hosts treatment to you. This kind of caring and attention I have never gotten in another place that I slept before. For me and my family it was the five starts that every place should have but it is very rare to find it.

Thank you so much for taking your time to write this beautiful review!!! We do remember you even if it has been a few months, not every day we get a special request as Huevos Rancheros but it is one of his favorite breakfasts to cook! ;-) It was a pleasure having you and your family here in our home and we really hope to celebrate more Birthdays with you. Maybe start a Tradition? We look forward to see you again Vic, Anna and Andre

Desert Hill’s is located about 3 miles to the south from the centre of Moab in a very quiet area. It is about a 5 to 10 minute drive into Moab. The hosts Anna & Vic are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights. When we arrived Anna spent some time showing us around the house and gardens and explained everything to us which was extremely useful. Our lovely room was on the ground floor at the front of the house. There was plenty of parking for guests along the drive up to the house. The ground floor besides our room consisted of a small lounge area for guests, the kitchen & dining room. Guests were allowed to use the main fridge ( there was also a small fridge in our room) ,the microwave but quite rightly not allowed to use the stove for cooking their own meals, The hosts had no objections if you wanted to bring back food to eat in the dining room. Our room was very large and very comfortable with a king sized bed, settee with a low table in front of it and plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom consisted of a shower over a bath, single wash basin but more importantly plenty of space to put wash bags. The bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer, toiletries, soaps and towels. The bedroom was also well equipped with plenty of plugs, flat screen tv, air con and very good Wi-fi. Breakfast was served between 8 & 9 am and guests sat around the dining room table. The hot entree changed daily and was cooked to order by Vic. The rest of the breakfast was buffet style with cereals, fresh fruit on the table, bread and toaster with home made jams and orange juice. The 2 entrees we had during our stay were delicious. The room was spotlessly clean, our room was excellent snd the hosts were friendly and helpful. A lovely couple of days
