Let me start by saying that right from the beginning, there was amazing communication from the owner. Without my initiating anything, she emailed me a reminder about my upcoming stay and sent information about what to do in the area. There was no specific checkin time, I was running late - really late - closer to midnight, and I didn't know what to expect. On the one hand, the note was "come whenever you come," but on the other, well, midnight, you know, is midnight, not even ten o'clock in the evening. Imagine how relieved and pleasantly surprised I was when my GPS led me to a secluded lawn with a few cars parked, but a spot for my car, and there was a package addressed to me on the porch with all the keys and codes. The room was not big, but it had a bathroom with a shower and was stocked up with all sorts of provisions. I couldn't eat that much for breakfast, so I ate the other half for dinner. There were not only commercial items, but hand-made quiches, boiled eggs and whatnot! The bed was very comfortable. The owner is invisible if you want her to be. But that doesn't prevent her from taking notes from you and accommodating your needs if you have any (such as indoor temperature or something else for breakfast). If, on the contrary, you want to say hi, thank you, and have a little chat and/or advice on what to see and where to go, she is available on the phone or else you can meet her in the house. Since this used to be a family house now turned into a B&B, there are common areas. I would spend my evenings in another room with a comfy sofa and a kettle / coffee maker with extra tea bags, hot chocolate, etc. A few times I had dinner in the cute little garden adjacent to that room. And somehow other guests were not there, so essentially, I had my room and two more rooms all to myself on the ground floor! The internet connection was very good and reliable, too. All in all, it was a discovery that B&B can be that small-scale and personal.

Perfect B&B for those who want the amenities of a B&B, but not the communal breakfast. Room was small, but meticulously clean. There was every amenity you could think of. Fully stocked fridge with lots of breakfast items. Extremely comfortable bed and a ceiling fan! Amazing shower head and amazing water pressure. Great stay!

Our two night stay at Moab Bed and Bagels was perfect! The room was neat and tidy, the breakfast food in our little kitchenette was delicious and perfect for fueling up for a fun mountain bike ride. The bed was oh so comfy! My husband and I both slept like babies. I was also amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was. It was a very short drive to grab a bite to eat in town. (98 Center is an amazing place to get great food that is healthy, not heavy deep fried!). The self check-in/check-out was very convenient. Thank you Tammy for going above and beyond to meet our every need. One of the best B & B’s we’ve stayed at and we’ll be back the next time we’re in Moab. Kathy and David, Missouri

My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay one night at Moab Beds and Bagels as part of our road trip from Colorado through several western states. It was one of our best experiences from our recent trip. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay is the easy check in and check out. Unlike most B&Bs, you can check in ANY time after 3:00 pm so if you have a late day, you are not rushing to make check in. Check out was equally easy - just leave. The bed in the room was very comfortable and there were several types of pillows. The room is also flush with amenities: fridge stuffed with a large array of breakfast items, breakfast sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water on each bedside table, eye masks, ear plugs (which weren't needed), and even an e-reader. Moab B&B is well located, in that it was about 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park. The grounds are lovely with mountain views and beautiful plantings (the apricot tree was in full fruit when we were there). The owners are great re: communication. They send texts to provide directions and information about the property, and to confirm check out. If you need a place to stay when visiting Arches, this is the spot.

The guest house is miles out of town and off the road so it is quiet, the room was small but adequate, there is outside seating and a garden which is nice. Price is pretty expensive but the owner has tried to make it a fun place and easy for guests. There is a living room you can use. Three bedrooms in total. The room has pretty much everything you need, interesting corrugated iron shower room! Breakfast of fritata, bagels etc. Room appeared dark with heavy curtains. Big choice of coffees etc. Tablet with movies I think.

Thanks for taking the time to review us! We are 5 miles out of town and as you saw Moab is building this way amd soon will be in the middle of town! :0). Thanks for noticing we do make every effort to make the environment fun, relaxing, quiet and cool this the blackout curtains for sleep. But when you open them they open to beautiful garden and birds singing in the morning!. As your receipt explained when you book through a 3rd party they add on 17% to our rate so if you go to our website we are actually one of the cheapest rooms in Moab with quality service. I am Thankful you gave us the opportunity to serve you, I do hope you enjoyed Moab and all it had to offer!
