My grown up, single, late-20 something kids have often recalled a fabulous cross country vacation where we "hunted for dinosaurs" and spent a few nights in Moab, so it was on my bucket list to take them back to the same KOA and do that portion of our trip again. The first time we were in a tent, in August,... More

Viewpoint of 19 foot travel trailer visited a dozen KOA camps. Yes : Very little tree shade and dusty/sand sites. But same situation with other RV camps along Hwy 191. Yes : Tight navigating along campsite and difficulty leveling for anything longer than 35 feet. Manageable but not impossible. Yes : Very friendly and helpful staff Yes : Slow Wifi... More

The Moab KOA is like most KOA, very clean and well care for with good services and friendly staff. There is an older part of the camp with nice mature trees that provide shade from the hot sun and a newer part which is part of their expansion with limited shade which is great for star gazing. Lots of tent... More

Made a reservation two months in advance just for one night for us and another couple comma two sites together, nothing difficult. Upon arrival they did not have our two sites together and could not understand why this had happened , anyway not a big deal for one night. The folks at the front desk went out of their way... More

This spot is nice. Beautiful views and far enough from the highway to no hear traffic. Also some fun activities on site. The pool was freezing. Our tent site was right next the dumpster which made it smell a bit. Campsites are pretty close and we could hear the most boring, loud and annoying dude talking about his shoelaces and... More

Campground is very well kept and on the outskirts of a great little tourist city. We went rafting down the Colorado River just a few minutes away. Great place to see whole visiting Aches National Park. Views at the campground will NOT disappoint

Nice location just outside Moab. Nice tent sites with both grass and gravel area. Some of the nicest bathroom/shower facilities found at campgrounds. Laundry facilities a little expensive for a campground, but we needed them after hiking the Grand Canyon the day before.

We stayed for just one night. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. We parked in the pull-thru area which was very easy to maneuver around in. The wifi for this facility is very slow, and the dryers in the laundry need to be upgraded to gas.

When you first pull in it looks good. Only one guy in the office was smiling & pleasant. It is hot & dusty, don't let the trees fool you, every night about 7 a flock of birds came to sleep, by morning anything under the trees was covered in birdie- doo. The bathrooms do seem great but as stated previously,... More
