Water main break earlier in the day, when we checked in around 4:30 PM, we were advised water would be fixed within the hour. Was closer to 3 hours, but that is OK, except the water was filthy. Nothing provided by management, such as bottled water or ice. I couldn't imagine brushing teeth or showering in it... but at least the toilets flushed (for a few hours). Whatever fix they had done, didn't hold and it broke again during the night. Management had not notified the morning person that provided breakfast and check-outs. She was able to locate a few bottles of water in the storage room and had to deal with very unhappy guests. I was hoping they would be pro-active and at least provide a partial refund, but didn't see that happening, so I called on Tuesday. They flat out lied and said the water was only out for one hour. I called him out on that and he said management said NO refunds would be given, but he will file my complaint and someone would contact me within one business day (that was 4 days ago).

Moab is an expensive destination but I was surprised by the way this company cut costs. The company owns two adjacent motels, the A. I. and the Inca Inn next door. They use a remote check-in agent based in the Philippines through a futuristic machine, no physical human interactions in the premises. One is totally alone throughout the entire stay. I was initially assigned room 125 in the A. I. Room 125 is the one by the heating system with a heat pump making very loud bangs. I was able to switch room and they gave me #117 in the Inca Inn, which turned to be a lovely room. Noise level in general is high as the two motels are right on Main street. I am not sure what to make of the concept of “no staff,” no real human beings present. It’s definitely futuristic but it felt eerie too.

There were many little things that were not quite right such as a shower curtain that was too short so when taking a shower water splashed all over the floor. They forgot to give us a bath mat when they replaced the towels. The towels were dingy. The AC while nice and cold only had one fan level - high. We were supposed to get a queen bed but got a double. They insisted it was a Queen but it wasn’t. It was a little weird to interact with a live video of a person on the screen of a kiosk. They did not replace the coffee packets in the room on our second day. They did have lots of plugs and nice sconce type lamps. Great ice machine.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen-size beds. The man at the kiosk said the 2 rooms were for 1 queen. Even though I knew he was wrong, I took the rooms with the one queen bed. I checked my reservations later to confirm that I did indeed have 2 rooms with 2 queens. The queen beds are not queen; they are double-sized beds. We had stayed there before we went on our rafting trip as well, and my party of 4 was not satisfied with the accommodations then, either. The "queen" beds in those rooms were also full-sized. In addition, my husband and I were issued cards for the door locks on both occasions that would not work. On the first visit, we had to go back to the office once to get cards that worked, but the last time, it took four attempts to get the cards to work. I cannot recommend this place at all. I will not stay there again.

This is a nicely located motel in the main street but there is no street noise. Breakfast was adequate with hot eggs and sausages etc. Outdoor sitting area on the lawn was used by others and looked nice after a day of travelling.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were rather disappointed in the room we had been allotted. It was ever so small and pokey. It was very hot but the air conditioner was so close to our bed it was uncomfortable to sleep with it turned on. Breakfast was quite good and sufficient

We spent 2 nights at the Adventure Inn. It is not the biggest room but the amenities and the location can’t be beat. Our room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and only needed the AC unit for a few hours. AJ at the front desk was very helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. Breakfast was delicious and hot every morning. I highly recommend the Adventure Inn.

Just got back from 5 night stay. Good location (just a couple blocks from the main area of downtown), good breakfast, clean room, daily service, friendly staff. Very happy with our stay. Would come back again.

I’d stay again. But it’s really just a place to lay your head. We booked here for the laundry room and it was broken. Computer check in. Loud traffic. Breakfast was basic, did not opt for it the second morning. Friendly staff, clean room, nice courtyard.

Very weird check in with a nice lady on a screen Got to our room, looked very nice and clean. But there is a worker who talks on his phone very loudly outside our room. Loud traffic and pricks inside our towels. I myself stepped on one and it was stuck inside my foot. We pulled about 3 more out so nobody else had to deal with this.
