This is a nicely located motel in the main street but there is no street noise. Breakfast was adequate with hot eggs and sausages etc. Outdoor sitting area on the lawn was used by others and looked nice after a day of travelling.

We stayed for 2 nights. Quick and easy check-in, and just leave room keys in a bowl at reception for checkout. Parking right outside room. Room felt recently modernised and clean. Hairdryer in the room. Quite loud aircon which drowned out noise from traffic on the busy road outside. I am a light sleeper but slept well. Bins were emptied and new/additional towels provided during stay. Breakfast pretty basic. We would stay here again.

Moab is an expensive destination but I was surprised by the way this company cut costs.
The company owns two adjacent motels, the A. I. and the Inca Inn next door.
They use a remote check-in agent based in the Philippines through a futuristic machine, no physical human interactions in the premises. One is totally alone throughout the entire stay.
I was initially assigned room 125 in the A. I.
Room 125 is the one by the heating system with a heat pump making very loud bangs.
I was able to switch room and they gave me #117 in the Inca Inn, which turned to be a lovely room.
Noise level in general is high as the two motels are right on Main street.
I am not sure what to make of the concept of “no staff,” no real human beings present. It’s definitely futuristic but it felt eerie too.

I don't know why there are so many great reviews of this motel. We ended up having to pay over $200 for a night due to a concert and art festival in town, along with the normal tourist season. And, while that is half the price of any other hotel (if we could have gotten a reservation ANYWHERE else, we would have, this is not a great motel. Here's a laundry list of items that were subpar:
1) There was a gab so large at the bottom of the door (and all the doors go to the outside - there are no inner rooms), we had to stuff a washcloth into the gap in the weatherstripping to prevent "critters" from coming in
2) The bed was so hard, a piece of granite would have been softer (and smoother). The bed was lumpy as well as hard as a rock
3) The pillows were flat and uncomfortable
4) The fire alarm on the ceiling looks like its been there 50 years
5) The floors are hardwood, so everything that blows in from under the door is on the floor. The floor felt dirty and I resorted to wearing socks in the room
6) The AC did not work properly. We set the room to 68 (cool), and had to stop and restart the unit multiple times as it would simply stop running or run for 10 seconds and shut off
On the plus side:
1) The staff were friendly and helpful
2) The hotel as a text notification system to communicate to the hotel staff
3) Outside of the dirt on the floor, the room was otherwise clean, had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave
I have ready the reviews of others and prefer to see the positive vs. the negative in most situations. A 2 star rating is the best "positive" I can muster for this property.

Classic bait and switch operation.
I made reservations 10 months ago, when I went to check-in I was told I had no reservation.
I've had multiple reminder emails about reservations and communication with the motel requesting a 4 pm check-in, which was approved. I even showed them the emails proving all of this and the guy at the front desk blamed everything on booking.com.
It was a Friday afternoon, while driving up I noticed no-vacancy signs in town. I had no choice but to accept a double bedroom at the back of the property for more money than the Deluxe King Suite I had originally reserved.
The guy at the front desk lied when he told me they didn't have my reservation because when they ran my credit card I got a notice from booking dot com! If they didn't have a reservation for me then how did booking dot com know I was there using my credit card???
What happened?
I guarantee you they gave my original room to someone else for more money, I made our reservations at a lower price during the height of the pandemic scare last year when they had lower prices.
Their breakfast?
Half heated grey link sausage, bread for toast, old muffins, and powdered eggs; yes powdered eggs like in the Army when deployed or in the field.
Cleanliness?
Trash everywhere not picked up.
A dishonest operation that's all Adventure Inn stands for.
Unhelpful concierge

Water main break earlier in the day, when we checked in around 4:30 PM, we were advised water would be fixed within the hour. Was closer to 3 hours, but that is OK, except the water was filthy. Nothing provided by management, such as bottled water or ice. I couldn't imagine brushing teeth or showering in it... but at least the toilets flushed (for a few hours). Whatever fix they had done, didn't hold and it broke again during the night. Management had not notified the morning person that provided breakfast and check-outs. She was able to locate a few bottles of water in the storage room and had to deal with very unhappy guests. I was hoping they would be pro-active and at least provide a partial refund, but didn't see that happening, so I called on Tuesday. They flat out lied and said the water was only out for one hour. I called him out on that and he said management said NO refunds would be given, but he will file my complaint and someone would contact me within one business day (that was 4 days ago).

Stayed two nights, not impressed. Outside grounds needs some TLC, cleaned up, doesn’t cost money to pull weeds and pick up garbage. Read the reviews prior and should of stayed cleared, but since the price was affordable & it’s a family owned business (among the bigger corporations Competitors looming over them) we felt compelled to give it a try. Should of just booked somewhere else. Previous reviews mentioned smoke detectors missing and exposed wires...yup our room too. Would be shameful if fire dept had to be bothered for a code violation that was mentioned one too many times in reviews, that the business owners should of taken seriously. The laundry facilities needed some TLC. Staff came across guarded, unfriendly & stand off. Just really hoped with the previous poor reviews received by this establishment they would of tried harder to rectify their business practices.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen-size beds. The man at the kiosk said the 2 rooms were for 1 queen. Even though I knew he was wrong, I took the rooms with the one queen bed. I checked my reservations later to confirm that I did indeed have 2 rooms with 2 queens.
The queen beds are not queen; they are double-sized beds. We had stayed there before we went on our rafting trip as well, and my party of 4 was not satisfied with the accommodations then, either. The "queen" beds in those rooms were also full-sized.
In addition, my husband and I were issued cards for the door locks on both occasions that would not work. On the first visit, we had to go back to the office once to get cards that worked, but the last time, it took four attempts to get the cards to work.
I cannot recommend this place at all. I will not stay there again.

This motel was recommended a few times in the National Park groups I belong to and I was happy to find reasonably priced accommodation for Moab. I did some research and read mostly positive reviews. We arrived and were given the room next to the laundry facility (#12, if I recall correctly). The room was dark and dank and worst of all, dirty. I went back to the front desk with photos of the room and asked for another one. Instead, the man told me he wanted to check out the room with me. I met him back outside with his parents in tow. All of them came into the room to look at the dirty tub and the woman took some spray, scrubbed it and then told me that it "wasn't that bad". When I pointed out the dirt on the windows, I was given the same indifferent response. Never once did any of them apologize for the condition of the room or appear to feel any sort of responsibility for the condition of the room.
Needless to say, we did not stay there. If that's how they present a room to a guest, I can only imagine their general cleanliness standards when it comes to maintaining the hotel and preparing breakfast. Hard pass.

We stayed 1 night in Moab. This is an ok motel.
The good: you can park right outside your room so makes packing and unpacking very easy. Right in the middle of Moab, close to everything. Beds were comfortable.
The not so good: it just felt run down. The shower looked old, the bathroom smelled bad. It was one of those places you want to keep your shoes on because you don't trust the floor to be very clean.
Overall: I was happy I found a hotel room in Moab for $175 in June when Moab was very booked and most rooms were over $300. It was clean enough and easy enough. Like I told my family .... "it was fine" :)

Sorry, we do not have a pool or hot tub. The Moab Recreational Aquatics Center is right around the corner, though.
Thanks!
