Everything far exceeded expectations. The hotel is a great value, in a prime location, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Only a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park. Andrea at the front desk also doubles as concierge! She was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the best of the best for restaurants. She also directed us to one of the most scenic drives this area has to offer. Thanks Andrea for making our stay so memorable!
Don't pass up this motel! The inside was so clean and modern. It was in a good location really near all the restaurants, shops and only minutes from Arches National Park. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
Its an older Motel, its clean and has all the things you need for Moab. If you are out and about most of the day and only need a central place to operate from then this may fit the bill. Clean and breakfast is served.
Overall the room was clean but definitely on the smaller side. Breakfast was fine hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. Coffee, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Worked for an overnight stay.
We booked this when we were about two hours away from Moab on a cross country trip. When I arrived, the reservation I'd made on my phone worked out perfectly. Owner was SUPER friendly. The room was updated with nice flooring, tidy with good amenities (especially appreciated the good sized fridge and microwave). Good water pressure in shower. Wifi worked great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a nice spread and I loved being able to eat out on the front porch. Only con - you are on the main drag through town and it was a bit loud. Of course we happened to be there during a car show (NOT on purpose :) so that may explain the super loud driving until late at night. But the property seems well maintained and for a motel near all the action, it was a great stay for us.…
We were very pleased with our room. It was large enough to make for some very comfortable hours. There was a fridge, microwave, table for 2, TV, bathtub - what more do you need . Close to Arches NP - we visited after 5pm as we didn’t have a reservation and the park is open 24 hours. The next day we visited Canyonlands NP. This accommodation was very convenient. Moab town itself has everything you need. Breakfast was very nice.
We stayed in room with 2 queen beds which is a very nice size. Check-in desk clerk was very cordial and friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but are clean and nicely kept up. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are a little short on have enough outlets to charge phones , batteries and run computers. They had what I consider a good continental breakfast with adequate choices - muffins, rolls, hot & cold cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee and juice (real juice) all day in the office. It was really nice after a hot day outside to come in and get a refreshing cool drink. We also stayed in a 1 bed room and I would consider it on the small side. Don't expect a receipt upon checkout; they have no printer in office. Receipts are emailed. This was my second year here and if I came back to Moab, I would try to stay here again.…
Nice hotel in a good location, with a very good breakfast, rooms are good, parking is good. Breakfast is very good with a good selection of things, and coffee and juice are available all day. Aji, the manager is very friendly and very helpful if you need anything.
Keep your shoes on! Pros: very welcoming reception and the room was cleaned as well as it could be. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Cons: filthy old carpet. The room smelled like pee. Outdated bathroom with very worn flooring. Overall we felt the staff had done as well as they possibly could, with very poorly maintained property. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Not the worse hotel I’ve stayed in, in 40 years of travelling. I would say it’s the second worst though.
I made a reservation for this hotel about a month prior to my vacation. A few days before my trip, I fell very ill. I called the hotel at their listed number a half-week before check-in and it went to voicemail; I explained my situation and left my number for callback, which was never returned. I also reached out online, which was similarly never returned. The day I was supposed to check in, I got a voicemail from the proprietor asking where I was--clearly they checked neither their voicemail nor their inbox. When I called back at the same number that left the voicemail, it went straight to their voicemail. Despite trying for days in multiple methods, I was never able to reach a single person and was charged nearly $400 for a vacation I was too sick to go on because nobody was on hand to cancel or refund my booking. If you want to go to this property, pray to god that you don't have to cancel for any reason--or even need to speak to them ahead of time! They won't answer you, and they'll take your money and never refund for any reason. I was charged despite never setting foot in Moab.…
