Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for one night in October 2020. The hotel is located right off the main road in Moab, and it is not on the portion of road that is torn up and under construction like many of the other hotels in Moab. It was easy to get to and it is located across the street from a brewery and multiple restaurants. Not to mention it’s close to the grocery store, gas stations and all the shops and restaurants in downtown Moab.
The hotel itself was clean with a great indoor to outdoor pool and hot tub. People were very respectful in the pool area and it was easy to keep your distance from people and still enjoy that amenity. Coffee was available all day and they had pre-made grab bags for breakfast. The bags had a small bottle of water, a muffin, a granola bar, an applesauce cup, and utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
Our room was clean and quiet and just what we needed for a nice relaxing stay after a long day in the desert!

My husband and I went on a ten night road trip and out of all the hotels we stayed at this was the one we didn’t like and would not recommend. First it’s an older hotel not modern at all. The rooms are a large size they do have plenty of space we reserved a king suite. The number one problem we had was the smell in the room. It smelled like feet sweaty feet and we tried everything to get rid of the smell. We had Lysol spray and it didn’t help the
odor. We eventually turned the fan on and let it keep running this helped the the smell from lingering. We believe the smell was in the carpet and the room needs a good carpet cleaning ASAP. When we visit Moab again we will seek out other lodging. It’s unfortunate that the rooms and carpet are not deep cleaned more often especially during this Covid Virus Time.

Spacious room, great wifi, clean, good water pressure in the shower. The usual continental breakfast of processed food: muffins, yogurt, waffle maker, sausage, hard boiled eggs, toast, cold cereal, apples, oranges, juice, coffee, tea. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers, $2 per load each. Bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Stayed the night of March 11, great rate so we booked, room appeared clean when i went to pull the sheets back to go to bed there was a elastic hair tie in the bed. it was late and i didn’t want to change room so I wrapped up in the blanket and slept in my clothes. My daughter was in the other bed. about midnight the people in the room next doo slammed their door and the door connecting the two rooms flew open. We had to greet out of bed to close and lock it. A restless night to say the least. We reported it to front desk when we checked out the next morning and they said they would make a note of it and tell the maid to do a better job. It was quite noisy during the night. In my experience this is NOT a 3 star motel. One or two at best.

Dear _veltrijc1 I'm so sorry to hear about this! This is by no means the experience we want our guests to have while staying with us. We are staffed 24 hours a day, no time is too late to call. We would have been more than happy to move you to another room and/or given you an upgraded room had we known about this. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to remedy the situation after the fact. If you would like to contact me directly please do so, the contact form on our website will come straight to me. I hope that you will give us a second chance on your future travels to the Moab area.

We just stayed here 3 nights the 3rd week of September and absolutely loved it. Great location slightly south of the busiest part of downtown but close enough to walk to dinners and shops. 10 minutes to Arches. Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. While breakfast is definitely modified for COVID we thought it was perfectly fine-grabbed coffee to drink while getting ready and then packed a provided bag with muffins and an apple to enjoy as a snack in the park-totally worked for us. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Moab and based on our experience, other reviews, and our personal visual first impressions of the other similarly or lower (or even higher) priced properties in the area this is the best bang for your buck in town.

Stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a bus tour group. The rooms are small but clean. The door stop, on the wall was falling off the wall. It needs to be fixed.
There are no handguards or safety guards in the bathtub. One man, in our group, fell in the bathtub, despite using the rubber bath mat. He sustained 2 cuts and a couple of large facial bruises.
The Continental breakfast is a "grab and go". You grab a sack, put what you want in it and return to your room to eat. In the room, is only the desk and 1 chair, so if you are traveling with a friend or spouse, one of you eats while sitting on the bed. Most of our group were not impressed with the Continental breakfast. I will give them credit for having lotion, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap which was lacking in some of the other hotels we stayed at.

Good Morning Dianne B, Your review is extremely helpful as to what we can to to better our place for all guests. We do want our guests to be safe and we feel so bad someone got hurt. Although there is not eating in our breakfast area for the time being we do have various seating throughout the hotel as well as picnic tables next to our front patio area. We so appreciate you staying with us and hope to see you again sometime and hopefully some updates will have to made for a more comfortable stay for you.

This hotel was kind enough to accomodate us (at a discount) at 9pm after a wildfire forced us to evacuate. The young man working the night shift on June 9th is a sweetie! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The have a nice indoor/outdoor pool and seating outside, with a bbq to cook yourself some food. The blues bbq place next store had great food and music. Moab is a very expensive place and this motel was affordable, clean and friendly. Don't think twice about staying here, highly recommend from a germophobe!

Only reason this isn’t a 4...staff entered room while the Do Not Disturb sign was posted. We don’t want/need housekeeping and prefer the privacy.
That aside, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. My wife is picky with hotel cleanliness and this was a great hotel from that aspect! Rooms can be a bit noisy if children running down hallway, but otherwise was fine.
To go breakfast included muffins, applesauce, water and Nutrigrain bar. They seem to be doing a good job with the Covid restrictions. Will stay again.

Prices in Moab are absurd during March. This hotel was very expensive at $260 per night so was a bit weary of what to expect given the star rating however the Inn has very large and well equipped rooms. Cleanliness was not an issue at all. It’s well located in Moab close to many restaurants, supermarket and shopping. No complaints or observations to be made.

Hello Jrankw, Thank you for this review, seems you found your stay enjoyable and for that we couldn't be happier. We would like to welcome you back anytime, when season starts to slow our rates will be lowered typically around October November through February! This would still be a great time to come see more of Moab even though it would be a bit chilly!

Overall room was nice for a once night. Extremely disappointed that we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance. My kids were devastated as that is the main reason we opted for a hotel. Not the best breakfast, more of snacks for hikes. It would have been nice to receive some sort of discount as we were not able make full use of facility.

Hello coronita801, We never like to disappoint, especially the little ones! We tried our very best to send out e-mail and whatever notification we could as soon as we knew our pool needed worked on, it must not have reached you in time. If you find yourself in Moab again we would love for you to be able to make full use of the amenities we offer. We hope next time we can make up for the inconveniences this go around. Thanks for your time.

Hello Breakfast times are 6am-9am. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11 am.
We are not a pet friendly establishment. Have a good day thanks for inquiring.
Hello, Our 2 Queen bedroom can definitely fit 4 people in the room. Depending on your comfort level it would be safe to assume 5 would also be acceptable.
We do have trailer parking!
There were trailers, but they were parked behind nearby building. We saw campers, etc being directed to the back.
