My wife and I stayed here last weekend and I can't say enough about it and the owners, Dave and Kim. We stayed upstairts in the Cenca room and would get that room again. The grounds, quaint rooms with their fine decor touches and furnishings, to the wonderful breakfasts...it

We stayed here for 3 nights after using the Best Western on a previous trip and were expecting more after the reviews. We are frequent travellers in the US, using a variety of hotels, B&Bs and apartments and usually find the B&Bs extremely good. Maybe we caught them at a bad

Hello Alan, I am sorry that you felt neglected during your stay. It was not on purpose. We love visiting with our guests. I (Kim) live off property and I try to frequent as much as possible. David and I are co-owners. Alebrejas is the smallest room. Given the historic nature of the building, we do not want to do anything to alter it. We hope you will come back and stay with us again in the future. Kindly, Kim

The rooms can be a little small, but the gardens and public areas are lovely. Very close to the main strip of Moab. The hot tub is great to soak the aching feet from hiking and the staff are very lovely and accommodating. A complimentary glass of wine on the comfy chairs under

Thank you for your review. We appreciate it. Yes the Cali Cochitta is continuing. It will always be left in good hands. We worked very hard the past 18 years creating a sanctuary for people to come from all over the world and enjoy. Come back and stay with us again. Cheers, Kim

The inn is very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate. In speaking with the owner, it was disheartening to learn they are selling out for personal reasons and it will no longer be a quality B n b. We are a little on the older side and would have appreciated a ground/first

Thank you so much for writing your review of the Cali Cochitta. We love taking care of our guests and hear that they were happy with everything we offer. The property is transitioning after 18 years as a B&B to a nightly rental property. Everything will stay the same with the exception of the breakfast which will no longer be offered. Guests will now be able to rent the entire old home, the Innkeepers house, the cottages as well as a new cottage being added in the office. The B&B house and the Innkeepers house will have full kitchens for cooking all meals. The cottages will have microwaves, coffee/hot water makers and provisions to prepare food. Please come back and stay at the Cali Cochitta again. Let everyone know we are here.

This B&B was very nice, breakfast was a nice and filling meal. The fajita was to die for, such favor. There was plenty of coffee and fruit and other things with bread. Our room was small but nice and comfortable. The AC was a little loud but got the job done. The common

No laundry, but there are two laundromats in town. One is old & shady. One is new & clean. Can't remember the name of newer one, but we used it once with no problems. Used Yelp to find.
