Detailed Reviews
We were here for 4 nights. Pool was great for kids and both the pool and hottub were great for the adults. Pool open til 10pm. Sites are adequately spaced even had a small spot next to site for car so we didn't have to squeeze it in behind RV. Our site was level. Drawback was that we were 2nd row and there was quite a bit of road noise. But looked like row 3 sites were not very level. I will take road noise any day of the week if that is the tradeoff! Wifi worked very well for me (iphone) but was not as stable for husband (android). I did have to reauthenticate basically every session I used the phone to prove I was still here I assume. No big deal. Was still able to get the work done and the video conference done that I had to. Laundry was $2.50 washer and around $1.50-1.75 for dryer. Price changes based on cycle chosen so it was a bit of a surprise to not know upfront. Cleaned clothes just fine. They do not allow pods so had to buy HE detergent. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Nice and clean laundry facility and open 24/7. Could only get quarters for $5 and $1 so had to go to office or a local business to get change after office closed. Bathhouse was great. It and the pool are access controlled. There are large full bathrooms and never had a problem getting in or with condition/cleanliness. So far, this is the best RV park of our trip. Had trouble seeing the sign on the way here. A tree was hiding it. Trees at the sites were probably 10 years old or younger. Pretty small but perfectly adequate. The market just down the road in Moab was perfect for all of our grocery needs during the stay.

The woman manager who checked us in was wonderful. She actually took me in a golf cart to show me which sites were left so I could pick the best one for us. This was a one-night stay as we had to be in Bluff the next night. She could not do a late check out for us the next morning as they were all booked up the next day. We wanted to do a timed-entry to Arches so she offered a storage parking spot for us to put our trailer in for $10 the next day and we could keep it there as long as we wanted for the day. This was perfect and is what we did. The manager was so helpful and nice and the park was very clean with some shade at the sites.

Lots of highway noise. The bathrooms were 6/10 for cleanliness. I went to the office to ask a question. The young girl didn't even look at me when I was talking to her. Looked at her phone the whole time. Then there is the "free wifi". 100% non-existent. Maybe they should take some of their hard earned cash that gets donated to LDS every month and direct it toward actually installing wifi in their park.

We reserve our site over six months in advance and were very pleased with the park, the pool/hot tub and location. That said, our site was in row 2 on the South end of the park and the noise from the highway prevented us from sitting outside in the early evening. I would stay here again, but would definitely request row 4 or 5 and/or on the North end of the RV park. The staff are super friendly and it's definitely a great choice!

This is a nice rv park located near the south end of Moab. The scenery out the back and in front is beautiful. The sites are close but probably not any closer than your average resort. There is a nice patch of grass with picnic table between sites as well as a paved sidewalk. The pool and hot tub were nice and had been redone recently. The laundry room had plenty of machines but the floor could use some regular cleaning. The bathrooms were newly redone and the toilets and sinks were clean but again the floors were dirty with mud, hair, leaves etc. Again a couple times a day of mopping would certainly help!!

This was the worst camping experience ever. They charged our account to camp at the camp site, at 11 pm they came and told us that we can’t have a tent here. When we tried to figure something out(to mention we live 6 hours away), the so called management came yelling, waking up my 5 month old baby and screaming that we need to get the hell out because it’s their private property and that they can have us leave anytime they want to, and they don’t care that I had baby and kids sleeping. They said we signed papers saying we can’t have a tent here/ when we never signed anything. But they didn’t mind charging me money. The management was the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Not willing to work with people. Saying that it on the paper they gave us, I have re read the paper 10 times which doesn’t say a word about it.
They suggested us that all we can do is get the hell out and get a hotel. At 11 at night with kids!
Photo with rules attached that supposedly had “no tents allowed” written that they’ve been screaming about

The park was average. It could use some TLC. Items that could be addressed:
Internet was terrible. Most times there was -0- internet service
Sites were uneven. It wouldn’t take much to level them out and would make for a better experience
Swimming pool was dirty. Makes you wonder if daily chemical testing is taking place
Trees needed trimming.
The good:
Location was convenient
There was some shade in our spots

This was a very nice park. Very clean and our site was level. Everything worked well at our site! We had a pull through right at the front of the park which was very convenient. There was some highway noise but that was not an issue for us. Our site had a nice view of the mountains, a tree and two rose bushes which made me smile!!!!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures with the trees. We got there and looked at our site, there was a dying tree with no shade. There were spots next to us with shade. I went to the office and explained that our air conditioning was on the fritz and that I have a cat who travels with us. Can we be moved? I received a curt, “no”. I just can’t change people around, she said. We were there for two nights and the entire time, one of those shady spots was empty. This RV park is directly on the main road. There is lots of road noise, especially in the front row where we were. Lots of trucks throughout the night. We also called them a couple of weeks before our arrival to ask a question, they said they would get back to us. They never did. Stay somewhere else.

Made reservation months ago for a site away from the road. They changed the site I requested and gave me a site closest to road (and never told me) so all I heard was traffic all night long. Site also had the concrete step all broken up and the sewage hookup that was broken and leaked. Bathroom showers were very dirty and didn’t look like they had been throughly cleaned for a while. Trash can was also overflowing with trash. When the site change was addressed with management they didn’t apologize but said we don’t guarantee any site. I’ve been going to this RV park for years and have referred many other RVer. All I can guarantee is I’ll never go back to this poorly managed park again. The quality control and customer service are both poorly managed

I don't think there are cabins here - and I didn't see them at the KOA - but you don't want to stay at the KOA anyway...we stayed at the KOA one night, then moved. There are other parks nearby, maybe they have cabins, not sure.
