Absolutely dreadful for tent camping. A beautiful RV/trailer park on arrival, with store, laundry and all the conveniences of being in the center of MOAB. We were thrilled until we followed the signs for tents. Down a hill we went into a dank area that had obviously been the site of a flash flood. Tree branches in the stream. Even a large advertising sign that hadn't been removed from the water. We had to ford the stream, which took us past three portable toilets. Arriving at the tent sites, we were the only inhabitants. There were anthills all over every one of the open sites. Signs posted everywhere advised us to keep our coolers in the vehicle as thefts had occurred. Across the fence was a motel with all lights blazing and the parking lot was right next to the fence. Behind the tent site, a rank, dank smell arose from the site of the stream and flash flooding. There was no running water within walking distance. In fact, when we located it on the way out after packing up and leaving, it was across the stream and halfway up the hill back to the lovely RV park. It was frankly like being in a homeless camp, without the benefit of free bottled water. We had paid for two nights, and the office was closed because we had arrived later than expected. All other campgrounds also had closed their offices. We went to a hotel. A refund was given for the second night, but we paid for one night and chalked it up to very misleading reviews that could only have been given by RVers. No tent campers should ever book a stay at this campground. Ever!

Location: Being at the far end of the city that you can reach everywhere with a 10min drive or walk makes keeps traffic concerns from causing delays. Amenities: Gas Station with convenience store in front, pool, laundry, showers, pavilion and outdoor games, Cleanliness: Dumpster is away from lots and emptied so no smell or mess. Laundry was also clean. Didn't use the showers so can't comment there. Staff: Polite and efficient. They sent someone over to help get our cable up and running. Professional, friendly and nice to speak to.

This is a decent campground. Nice pool and splash pads for kids. Clean modern bathroom and nice store. Great playground! Only complaint the sites are crammed. Can walk to market and multiple places to eat.

My family of 5 recently traveled to Moab, UT to visit Arches and Canyonlands. Moab RB Resort & Campground was located in the heart of Moab, which made it easy to get to the National Parks and local eateries, grocery stores, etc. The campground is clean and well maintained. They have a small pool which is great during the summer months to escape the heat. They offer clean showers and restrooms for guests to use. Each campsite had a picnic table for use outside your trailer which is nice. The only negative is the spaces are VERY narrow. We had a 30 foot travel trailer with one pop-out and could barely fit in the site. Also I would recommend to request a site in the back of the campground due to the road noise. Overall we were happy with the stay and appreciated the clean campground.

We booked 4 nights, asked for a full hookup site when we initially booked, called in again to see if a full hookup site was available told no again, asked for a full hookup site when we checked in were told they were all booked. During the 4 nights we were there, 20 to 26 full hookup sites were vacant the whole 4 days. The sites are small and close together. The laundry had washers and dryers that were out of service. The only good thing about this park is that it is in town.
