We arrived after 1000 PM, and were welcomed like old friends. We had our choice of floors, and found the room super clean and inviting. The room-darkening shades helped, and it was quiet. The breakfast was well above average, and check out easy. It was beautiful inside and out, and we liked our stay. The only problem was the pricey nature of hotel rooms in Moab during high season, but, there ya go.

Hotel's Favorite
This is an ideal hotel to use as a base to explore Arches National Park! Takes just a few minutes to drive to the entrance of the park. Located a few blocks (and a few minutes walking) from the more congested, noisier downtown area with shops and restaurants, but across the street is a market and gas station. (*Tip* Just to be more safe, walk down towards town and the first traffic light with a crosswalk to get to the opposite of the street. Otherwise you are crossing a highway with lots of traffic.) Check-in was friendly and efficient. The lobby area is bright and clean with a small market to purchase last-minute or needed items. Weekdays in the afternoon there is a tray of wonderful cookies to greet you as you come and go. The hallways are well-lit, something we don't always see in hotels these days. Much appreciated for somewhat "aging eyes!". The same can be said about the rooms. Extremely well-lit with all sorts of assorted lighting for your preferences. As with the lobby, the room was clean and immaculate. Two nightstands (hung from wall), one on each side of the bed. Seating chair with a small table next to the bed. Large desk area with chair, lamp, and mirror. Next to the desk is a large bureau with three drawers (not real spacious), coffee-making supplies, ice bucket, refrigerator, microwave, and a large flatscreen tv above. One luggage rack is provided, plus there is a large flat surface next to the bureau to place suitcases on, too. There is a closet in the hallway that has a full-length mirror as its door. Bathroom area quite spacious, even had some roomy wood shelving for patrons to use for their gear. The breakfast buffet had many assorted food items to choose from and the attendants were quite friendly and helpful. Lots of seating available. When we visit Moab again, this will definitely be our hotel of choice. From the friendly staff to clean environment to well-supplied rooms, it is first rate!

We stayed at this property last year at the same time of year. Returning this year we were very pleasantly surprised to see all the upgrades that had been done since our last visit. The entire entry area had been remodeled and the hallways & hallway lighting were changed. A much brighter and cleaner look. We highly recommend this location as it is within walking distance of the downtown shops & restaurants...about three blocks away.

We loved the location and quality of hotel and of course the staff was top notch and excited about having us. They always asked what they could do for us and were we enjoying our stay. Water? As much as we needed for each day in the hot sun on tours of the parks.

Review collected in partnership with Hampton
Hampton is one of our preferred hotel to stay. Best part is the excellent breakfast. Many choices for everyone, even for gluten-free vegetarians. Very helpful staff, always eager to help. I broke button on my shirt and looking for needle and thread, lady at the counter found one kit for me. Only part that needs to improve is to keep up the renovated hotel in good shape. Door to each guest room is very heavy and closes with force. It could hurt small kids or adult if not aware of. Bathroom door we had in two rooms were difficult to close due to out of alignment. Gave 4-start because, we had 3-room reserved and all three rooms were spread out on different floor.
