Even though this hotel was probably only 25% full on the night we stayed, if even that, the clerk put us next to another guest despite there being plenty of rooms available on the floor without neighbors. Our neighbors decided to get up at 5 AM and were quite noisy and awakened us. Thus our sleep quality was poor. When we told the desk clerk in the morning he said he'd give us a $20 credit ...but we didn't get it! Management needs to do a much better job of training its staff to put customers first instead of doing what's easiest for the cleaning crew. Over all, very disappointing.
Hotel is well-located in the heart of Moab and very close to Arches National park. This property is more like a upscale hotel than an inn and service is top notch. We stayed here 3 nights from Sept 9-12 and had a fantastic experience. Front desk representatives were always there to help and anything we asked was readily addressed. Unlike other hotel properties, this Hampton Inn does provie a great breakfast and they are NOT leveraging COVID19 as an excuse for not delivering on any services. This is a very delightful experience. We have stayed at many hotels in past 2 months on our roadtrip and half of them have made all sorts of excuses for providing breakfast due to COVID19... Hotel decor is very modern, bright and uplifting. They have dedicated parking for diamond members and provided extra card for gold and platinum members. If you are a Tesla owner, which we were, supercharger is only 2 blocks away which was very convenient. Bathrooms are very modern, clean, and great showers. Overall, great stay for us and would recommend anybody to stay here even if you have to stay a few dollars more.…
Stayed for just one night, Christmas eve, and it was a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Using the app and the check in and digital key makes things a breeze and super contactless. This was a clean, safe hotel which is important especially now a days with covid. I would absolutely return.
I am a Hilton honors member so I look for Hamptons because of their cleaning policy. The hotel was clean. The staff very helpful but our room could have used more cleaning... in fact, I did wipe everything down again. I would imagine given the state of the hotel at large it was just an oversight and probably not the usual. But I was disappointed. We were not as fond of the Moab area as other areas of our trip, coupled with this, it led us to leave early.
Stayed three nights at the Hampton Inn in Moab, UT. It's fine as Hampton Inn goes, WITH ONE EXCEPTION!!!! They purposely serve frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and burritos!! i cant make this up! -place frozen breakfast products in warmer pan....do not plug it in! do not turn it on! -did not provide a microwave, did not provide instructions for warming in-room microwave. -asking the front desk about this got no resolve, rather " We do not plug in the warmer!!!" really??? For many visiting nature and the national parks, part of the day is getting up early, grabbing a quick hot (hampton inn promotes this on commercials) breakfast and hitting the road. I am in the restaurant business and know that one way to keep food cost down is not to serve certain products.....this policy approach is one way, but this is crazy! As a point of reference for the management that reads this review, call your peers in Cedar City, Kanab and Las Vegas...they serve hot breakfast products hot! you should be ashamed and embarrassed! Fyi., this post will be provided to Yelp and Hampton when the survey comes through! management and staff of this unit is poor at very best. I asked about the Hampton satisfaction guarantee, was told " We do not honor a satisfaction guarantee"..true story!…
