We arrived and checked in and was informed the power was going to be turned off for the next two hours. I was tried from driving and wanted a hot bath and rest before going out. The elevators did not work so we had to take oout luggage up to the third floor using the stairs. The lights in the... More

Pros: comfortable bed and pillows; clean room; large room; $60 in Feb; good breakfast with eggs and sausage and many other items; friendly and helpful staff; gym, pool (i didn't use); quiet, easy access. Con: a couple mile walk to downtown and if you have a car no big deal.

Spent 1 night here on a recent trip. Location is very convenient for visiting Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Even though the inn is right off the highway, there is minimal noise if any. Rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is OK, has the standard fare, biscuits and gravy too.... More

We stayed here two nights. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel had an easy access to the main road. It's built on the side of a hill, so the hallways have a series of steps to follow the contour. What we liked: 1. The breakfast was great, with REAL eggs! 2. Room was quiet and comfortable, so we slept... More

We stayed here since a friend recommended it and due to it proximity to Arches NP. It was affordable, and while the hotel is a bit dated and bland, the amenities for kids set it apart. Playground, basketball courts, heated pool and hot tub, and a jumpy house in the lobby! (not sure if that was just a holiday thing,... More

Winter rates are excellent here - they were/are renovating the lower floors, which may have helped, but sound wise, you would never know it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept (seemed to have new carpet). Also, seems to be safety inclined, since there are hand rails all over the bathroom, with a working phone within reach of the... More

We were here for two nights and it wasn't enough. Our room was very clean and the bed was about as comfortable as they come. The decor of the room was appropriate for the area and distinctive. Since it was December, we didn't get to use the beautiful pool, and since we spent so much time at the park, we... More

We stayed there for two nights, three adults in one room. The room was quiet big, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice. We loved the swimming pool after a good morning of hikes in Arches NP, the hotel is outside of town and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Outdoors bbq, water fountain, kids playground. Overall very good hotel a a... More

We've been staying in this hotel since it opened. It's our favorite place to stay in Moab. It's always clean and the staff is so friendly and cheerful. Each winter, the owners close a wing and renovate, which keeps the rooms in tip top shape. We were amazed at the size of the property which includes a splash pad decorated... More

We booked a room with three queens in it! It was clean and very spacious with two T.V.'s. Plenty of drawers for a family of six!!! The pool was heated to a very nice warm temperature. They were friendly and the continental breakfast was excellent! Would stay there again:)

Hiya Maveballard, Awe shucks! We are happy to hear that the 3 queen suite was accommodating for you and your family and that you were able to take advantage of our heated pool.
