Fabulous, fantastic, gorgeous place to stay! Scott and Jennifer were extremely accommodating. They went the extra mile to help us out! Scott’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. The breakfasts were scrumptious every morning and it was fun watching the mule deer out the window as we ate. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, beautiful property to roam. I give Castle Valley Inn an A++!
Thank you to Scott and Jennifer for a wonderful stay. Even during this time of COVID, everything about our stay made us very comfortable. It was so great to spend a day at either Arches or Canyonland - dinner at Moab and come back to a peaceful beautiful environment. I loved sitting in the living room area relaxing after each day and of course we loved chatting about hockey. Go Krakens (Sorry Scott - maybe the Ducks and Krakens will make it to the playoffs)! We appreciated having the option of a breakfast burrito for our early morning tour and then the sit down breakfasts were wonderful. I am going to try to make the quiche and the blueberry oatmeal when I get home. For travelers - a few hints. Be sure to have dinner in Moab before heading back to the B&B. We ate at Milt’s Stop and Eat and then had pizza/salad at the Moab food truck area (just off Main Street). Enjoy the 15 mile journey into Castle Valley. It is absolutely beautiful. We hope to return soon.…
My husband and I loved staying here. Very relaxing and Scott and Jen are wonderful host and hostess. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast. If you want a place to relax after a day of hiking this is the place. They also have a personal greater, their dog Louie. Mindy L.
This Inn operates more like a solid B and B, with rooms within the owners’ home, along with some in separate lodge, and a great breakfast. The owner changed our room because the one I booked had a bath down the hall, although private to us. Another room with bath en suite was open, so he offered to “upgrade” us. He also offered to make a dinner reservation for s at the place down the road, which didn’t accept my request for one. This area is simply magical. It is 17 miles outside Moab and a world of difference. There are only two resorts at which to dine nearby, so good planning is helpful. The hamlet has 300 people, and the surroundings are like having your own province Arches NP. The hamlet was the setting of many westerns back in the day. The one night we stayed here may end up being the most memorable part of our 10-day trip. …
We were so pleased with this lovely B&B and our Host/Hostess Jen and Scott! We used Castle Valley Inn as our home base to see several of the National Parks and we did six of them....but our favorite lodging was definitely Castle Valley...for the serenity, the food and a comfy room....and the STARS!!!
