Family was pleasantly surprised to find that this local motel had been renovated - rooms felt similar to Hampton Inn. Unpretentious and clean, friendly staff, and competitively priced compared to nationally known hotel brands up and down the Moab main drag. We didn't cash in on the discounted pancake breakfast, opting instead to explore some of the other cafes and... More

Comfortable with modern upgrades. Spacious rooms. Well temperature controlled for hot summer days. The internet wifi did not have enough bandwidth so we could not use. Hooks would be great in the bathroom. Keurig is a classy touch. Great central location to shops and restaurants. Slightly noisy as one of the guests repeatedly hit the carlock button in their car.... We spent one night at the Hotel Moab and our room was very clean, and we were generally very pleased. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and an interesting dual head. We were very close to everywhere we needed to go and the hotel included free parking. One the downside, the wifi was not... More

Ok, so the location is ideal, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there had been no record of the change we'd made to the booking, so we had been charged a 'no show' and no room was reserved. HOWEVER, the very helpful staff sorted us out with a better room at the same price. Generally,... More

Always a bit worried when booking smaller boutique hotels but this was a hit. The best thing about Hotel Moab Downtown is LOCATION! You are right in the center of town. Walking distance of restaurants and stores, which is nice when the town gets crowded and parking is tough. The rooms were great sized and the bathroom was huge. We... More

On our return drive from Idaho, we always drive thru beautiful Moab however rarely stay there because a) its expensive as heck during the summer and b) its not at the right part of our drive for rest. HOWEVER this year we ended up hitting it right when we needed to rest on a Saturday night and absolutely none of... More

Driving in from Arches national Park this hotel is in a great location in the middle of Moab. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. From the outside it is nothing spectacular and the lobby is in need of an update (can you say welcome to the 80s?)so we were holding our breath as to what the room was going... More

I thought that being in the middle of Moab would be convenient and these rooms had balcony options (which is rare)to let us enjoy the action downtown from our room, so I picked it. That part was good! The parts that were not good were the AC blowing DIRECTLY on the person next to it, which made us swap sides... More
