We stayed here 5 nights. Location very near Arches, took us a few minutes to Arches. Little longer to Canyonlands. Bedrooms, bathrooms dining area and kitchen were all clean and accommodating. Living area was small with not enough seating for 4 of us. We arrived Saturday evening and cable tv not working. You could only call cable company M-F from... More

We have 42 of us that needed a place to base ourselves for three days of fun in Moab, Utah. Turned out the Springs Ranch was a perfect spot for all of us. Each family had their own living area, but with plenty of space for joint activities. The little ones loved the pool, the adults loved hot tub at... More

Very nice place to stay . Clean rooms , comfortable beds, Bosch washer and dryer --my favorite devices when traveling with kids. Serene place, stream in the middle of property making peaceful, sleeping sound letting you forget about cries of the world . Hot tub, outdoor pool and Eden garden with hammocks and beautiful trees.

We stayed at Moab Springs Ranch #2 for two nights. Living, kitchen and dining areas on the lower level and the two bedrooms were in the upper level. Beds were super comfy, the kids especially loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed. Wifi worked great and TV when the kids needed it. The house opens... More

We loved unit 4. We were with our kids and their 2 children. The unit slept the six of us comfortably. Everything was clean and well kept. The grounds are awesome, the pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The kids had oddles of room to play in the big yard and stream. We appreciated all the kitchen... More

This was a great stop for 2 nights for our family of 3. Our unit was well appointed and comfortable. King bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin beds in the loft area. This was halfway through our trip, and a great place for laundry. Very convenient to cook dinner, and have breakfast. On the north side of Moab, and... More

Checked into Unit 17 at this property in late March 2016. Nicely appointed but poorly furnished. Very sparse kitchen tools (knives, containers, sponges, etc), no furniture on outdoor patios, very limited table/dining space for sleeping capacity of 6-8, and only lukewarm water temperature. Communal hot tub out of commission as well. Not sure how other units may be furnished but... More

This place is on the edge of the city of Moab and it is a great location. Also my family and I enjoyed the layout of the Unit #19 and it is a very good place to stay especially for several days or weeks!!!

My family of seven (2 adults, 5 kids, ages ranging from 16 to 3) stayed in unit #4 for six days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The things that sets MSR apart is the grounds. We spent lots of time cooling off in the pools of the "meadow" and playing in the creek behind our condo. Our unit was extremely neat... More

We (myself, husband, sister, and 4yo niece) stayed in Unit #4 for 3 nights. Look no further because this really was the perfect place to stay! For our trip to hike at Arches and Canyonlands, I wanted us to stay somewhere in Moab that was not a hotel or condo community. After researching places to stay in Moab, the appeal... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The resort is a renovation of Moab's oldest ranch. The historic Granstaff and Taylor Ranches were sited where copious springs of crystal-clear water issue from the red-rock cliffs. This historic oasis has a rich legacy from pre-historic times, the Pioneer era and even the twentieth century. The Spanish Trail, Butch Cassidy and Moab pioneers have each played a role. The restored two-story brick Ranch House is on the National Register of Historic Places. A stately grove of native Cottonwood trees shade and cool the spacious restored grounds. The Ranch nestles into the mesa known locally as the Slickrock Trail Mesa, which may be accessed on an old cattle trail from the Resort.Your accommodations at Moab's most luxurious Townhome Condominiums are 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 people. The floor plans have been called the "smartest" in town. Large windows, numerous doors, patios and balconies make these units bright and airy. ... more   less
