My husband and I booked our stay at the Rittenhouse for our 25th wedding anniversary and booked it with the dog sledding adventure. It was a wonderful stay, everything perfect. I will say that this was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and it's really not our type of travel. I'm glad we tried it and we can...

I have visited and dined here many times over the last twenty years and always find something that makes my visit special. The service is outstanding and everyone is always smiling, even the new employees.

My husband and I spent three nights in Room 9 last week. We were warmly greeted with great attention to all the details--room, dining, attractions. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The included breakfasts were delicious and the portions were generous. Dinner at the Landmark was amazing, our server, the fabulous food, and the leisure pace made...

We went in February so the town was a bit sleepy but it was nice because we had the whole house to ourselves, except one other couple. Food was excellent and the service was too! We were able to switch rooms with a better view with no issues.

We came up for a one night visit from the Twin Cities. It was definitely worth the trip! We stayed in the beautiful Moroccan room. The colors were warm and cozy. Dinner and breakfast were both very good.

We came here from Chicago for a scenic winter weekend getaway, and it was better than we could have ever hoped for. The service was undoubtedly the best I have ever received, and I travel frequently. Every staff member made us feel as though we were the only guests there and treated us with the utmost respect. We stayed in...

The folks here were wonderful! My boyfriend and I went on vacation here and during our stay had an unpredictable maintenance issue. We had great service and the staff handled the issue better than I could have imagined! They were timely, polite, and overall provided some of the best customer service I've had!

Almost every year, we make the six hour trek from Green Bay to Rittenhouse. Being six hours from everywhere is Bayfield's biggest challenge and greatest attribute because it's saved from overgrowth and commercialization. We first came here in 1981 on our honeymoon. Every time we come back, we're relieved to see that while upgrades and improvements are always being made,...

We have stayed at the Old Rittenhouse Inn on three different occasions, and we have had a wonderful stay each time. The house is a fantastic old home that is decorated beautifully. Yes, the house is old, but that is part of the charm of the place! The woodwork, fireplaces, and design of the home are wonderful. A two course...
