We had Room #2 which was downstairs. We could back our car right up to the room. The room was small but very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Right our the door on the other side of the room, was our own patio looking out over the lake and the most beautiful gardens.

We stayed in cottage 22 on Jordan Lane. We found out too late that the cottage did not have A/C. We also didn’t have any trash can liners. I could hear the gray water empty out outside of the cabin which created a smell when walking out to the car. It was hard to get help because there was no house phone and our cell phones did not get service. It was clean and had the room we needed. It had a pretty view, so not all bad. I wouldn’t recommend it for my next trip.

Stayed in condo #23. We loved the deck and view of the lake. You can get down to the lake if you’re pretty limber, there’s a steep little path and a small bank to step down off with long timbers as a dock of sorts. The condo itself was a little disappointing. Weird old musty type smell, some strange artwork/decor the AC unit didn’t adequately cool the bedrooms, bathroom door was swelled up from shower humidity to the point to that is was sometimes impossible to close the door. They have a shared deck that is large with great view and multiple tables and chairs and a shared grill for all the condos, we were able to use it. Very small fire pit area about 5-6 people could sit around, never used it and didn’t look like anyone else did either for 4 nights we were there. Overall it was a decent place to stay but felt it was overpriced.

We stayed in Condo 23. It was fairly clean and very quiet. We had a family of 5 that fit comfortably. The location of these condos are PERFECT if you enjoy a short walk (we do) into town to get coffee (we liked Wonderstate) and the restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again.

Cottage 20 on Sophie Lane had ample kitchen space but the great room furniture needs an upgrade. Screened in bonus room was very nice but only one ceiling fan was working in the entire cottage (in the loft bedroom) and we managed to get a half broken box fan to work. One bedroom had no circulating air and when I called to get another fan or for maintenance to come look at our broken ceiling fan I was ignored. Mallory at the front desk never returned my call or did anything to make our stay nicer. 90 degree day with humidity at nearly 70%. Way too expensive for what you get. I would not stay here again.
