Our stay at The Inn at Antietam was great. The new inkeepers Miriam and Will Cunningham were gracious, accomandating, and very friendly. The Inn was impeccable Clean and very comfortable. The Inn is exquisitely decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the best we have ever had at a B&B, and we have been to quite a few. So be sure... More

Charles and Bob couldn't have made our stay more relaxing or peaceful! From our incredible homemade breakfasts with delightful fresh fruit ambrosia and french toast souffle to our most private penthouse suite with our own personal enclosed balconey; nothing could have been more pleasureable! Charles shared some great stories from his days in New York and trips aboard as an... More

If you are visiting Antietam National Battlefield and nearby Harpers Ferry or Shepherdstown, you have to stay at Inn at Antietam, which is located on a hill directly across the street from the battlefield and next to Antietam National Cemetery. It is a wonderful Victorian home with a large front porch, comfortable rooms and two charming and entertaining proprietors, Bob... More

Delightful place to stay run by two charming gentlemen. Accommodations were most comfortable and breakfast was delicious. They offered several restaurant suggestions for dinner options. Adjacent to the Antietam battlefield. We would most definitely stay there again.

This B&B is a beautiful old Victorian that has been nicely converted. We stayed in a room at the front of the house that probably would have been a parlor when the house was new, but it had and en suite bathroom and was very generously sized. The mattress was much firmer than I tend to prefer, but I understand... More

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Antietam battlefield and Harpers Ferry, as it is actually adjacent to the battlefield. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are actually suites! Breakfasts are delicious and come with some great "show business" stories courtesy of Bob and Charles. My husband and I were delighted that we paid... More

Very disappointing!! Food fair. Could see food prepared, no use of gloves. Owners superficially friendly, no suggestions for good restaurants, points of interest. Was told to look at flyers and menus. No internet service which is must for traveler. Feel owners should hang up their hat with this business!!

We wanted to reach out to you to let you know that the Inn at Antietam is now under new ownership and management. We have spent the last few months renovating the rooms-- new beds, bedding, towels, bathroom fixtures, etc. Breakfast is made fresh every morning and there is free wifi available. The Inn at Antietam: 'period decor' is authentic, comfortable and in a perfect location to see the history of the area. Inn keepers are most accommodating. This Inn is right next to the National Cemetery and the Battlefield itself is a 4 minute drive to reach.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay again at the Inn at Antietam bed-and-breakfast. We have stayed there multiple times in the past, and returned again because we were looking for the friendliness, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere that Bob and Charles and the Inn at Antietam provide. Being innkeepers ourselves, we know how to pick a quality... More

We had an awesome visit with the gracious owners Charles and Bob. Our suite, the Blue bird, was sweet. Have not been to a B & B where you find bedroom and sitting room for such a reasonable price (this was our 10th). Enjoyed the conversations and the atmosphere. Coffee maker in room and hand towels would be a great... More
