I was in town just briefly for a business trip but was so pleased with my stay at the General Morgan Inn. If you travel much for business a hotel in one town rarely varies much from city to city but the charm and comfort provided by the staff is a welcome change. I hope to come

Is there room service?
Sorry no room service. If you have a craving after the restaurant closes (appr 10pm), the hotel offers snacks such as chips, crackers, candy bars, etc. at the front desk. If that doesn't suffice, you can try finding a late night bar or restaurant, but you may have to drive 5-10 minutes (if open). Try to get there early enough to eat at the awesome Brumley's restaurant. It's worth it!!!

"I’d have preferred a room with a window to the outside, not the lobby."
"An interior room means no street noise (but no view)"
"If you are not very mobile, ask for a room on the same level as the elevator."
"Ask for the premium rooms. Those come with microwave and refrigerator."
"rooms overlooking main street are a bit noisy, by turning on the AC fan helps with "white noise" for a good nights rest"
$158 - $193 (Based on Average Rates for a Standard Room)
