I was there for a wedding. Its organization was flawless. They have great facilities and the food is also very good. The hotel beach is very good, but most people prefer the pools and the waterpark, which is very enjoyable. I was also on a meeting in their Magellan room, and the catering was also very good.

Assets were not bad...actually old enough to be remodeled...hospitality had some issue.... thought it's US territory where English is spoken as primary language...and staff should be speaking the same language... Not enough prior information on their price when reservation and surcharge at the last minute...10 foot pool is always blocked for security reason??? Sailing is poorly pleaed for tide and... More

The guest rooms are over the hill. The grounds are well kept and the food at the Sunset BBQ restaurant can be excellent. The Magellan restaurant buffet food is average at best but has many choices. The waterpark is aging and will be obsolete as new attractions are built on Saipan. The beach and water sports are excellent. Room prices... More

As a family of four with two teenagers we spent a night in PIC and enjoyed the water "park". We had fun in the lazy river, on the (small) water slides and on "point break", a surfing simulator. The private beach offers kayaks, snorkeling gear and lots of activities. The hotel is perfect for beach resort family fun. The rooms... More

Wow, I'm very surprised to read such low rating on this hotel. Perhaps I can do a better job reviewing this hotel. I will try to cover the pros and cons so you can actually give this place a chance. And no, I do not work for this hotel nor am I affiliated with them. I am simply a paying... More

I stayed this resort with my family including parents and 4 years kid. The room is quite basic, but clean. We stayed at the ocean view room which is connecting room to the next room. The beach is just in front of the building(if you take the ocean view room) and you can see great view in everyday. The pool... More

This is a hotel for tourists with a family on vacation. That said the pool is great, there are a lot of outdoor activities to include rock climbing wall, pools (several), kids area, miniature golf, tennis courts and several restaurants. The hotel is older with some dated furnishings but they keep it clean and comfortable. There is no internet in... More

We stayed here for 7 nights (a long stay for Saipan) and the kids had a blast. We chose the silver select package (which I recommend). Kids 3 and under are free to eat at the buffet and the buffet was very good. Lots of selection, a lot of Korean, Japanese and Western food. The lifeguard/cub mates were awesome and... More

The water park and beach were very nice as was the kids club, however the rooms were dated and very uncomfortable. There were ants in the bathroom and the shower flooded the floor. A major remodeling needs to take place.

Just writing a review brings back wonderful memories! The room was wonderfully comfortable, that we debated at times to ever leave it. There are so many beautiful places to go to on Saipan, but PIC gives you that feeling of wanting to go back "home" after a fun-filled day going around the beautiful island. We had a ball with all...
