So positives. Clean, big rooms. Overlooks the sea with a great view, if you get a Beach view room. However, everything very dated, wi-fi is rubbish in the room, and at $115 per night the product is overpriced versus the competition on the island. In other words you can get the same quality or better for less money. The bathroom...

Under renovation But it's been going on for years and is a complete dump Cockroaches are the best part Not viable at any price I doubt if it could or will ever be completed Front desk lady was kind and helpful she did her best I would rather rent a car and sleep in it The pool was a joke...

We were looking for a cheap place to stay on Saipan for a month. This was my 3rd visit there. We looked around and finally found the Gold Beach Hotel and paid $450 for the month plus you have to pay for your own electricity (which could cost another $200 if you use the AC alot). The hotel is rigtht...
