The hotel is comfortable and clean, although old. We had to pay a $59 maintenance fee and parking is $39 if you use the garage across the street and do not take your car in or out. The staff is welcoming and available to answer questions and offer suggestions for activities in San Francisco. The location is good, and walking...

The staff at the front desk, and valet, and bellhop were all great. The remodel in the lobby was great. They do need more washers and dryers, it was a chore to be able to use one. The rooms were nice and the location was great, We were invited to the sales presentation, I would not suggest the sales presentation...

Clean and convenient, this urban World Mark is not as nice as the urban locations in Seattle & Vancouver. Rooms are small. The location was undergoing repairs so the gym and laundry machines were not functioning. There is also no computer for guests to use. Staff is friendly. The location is very VERY convenient and in a safe area.

The Good! The hotel is in a great location, blocks from downtown and Chinatown. There are quite a few restaurants you can walk to, and a convenience store almost across the street. We had a nice room with 2 bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. Very roomy. The Bad. We were the guests of an owner, so we got...

We loved the location of this worldmark! It is within walking distance to Union Square and is right around the corner to the entrance of Chinatown. They do have valet parking available. There is a small market across the street and tons of restaurants nearby. They also had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Staff was friendly...

Loved the location but hate how they try and get you to attend the timeshare things. The rooms are fine. Nothing special. You have everything you need but not at all fancy. Parking is ridiculous and very very expensive so unless you need a car don't rent one.

Dear Htimmerman, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay from last year. All feedback is appreciated whether positive or negative. As you point out, this is a vacation ownership property so there is an element of getting current owners to updates, as well as introducing vacation ownership opportunities to non-owners. However, no guest is obligated to particpate...

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
As the oldest in North America, San Francisco's Chinatown is an exotic experience. A unique neighborhood decorated with colorful shops, historic streetlights, hanging lanterns, and pagoda roofs awaits behind the stone-carved dragon gates. Feast on dim sum at the tea houses, or meet the locals who gather at historic Portsmouth Square to play chess or practice Tai Chi. Fish markets, produce stands, tourist shops, jewelry stores, fortune tellers, temples and restaurants come together to create a world unto itself in this historic neighborhood.
