Villa Florence offers 189 guest rooms, where the Italian-inspired theme continues in the rooms' furniture selection featuring cut velvet lounge chairs and large dramatic Peony flowers painted on the guest bed headboards. The flowers, reminiscent of Florentine flower markets, pair elegantly with bed pillows featuring the Fleur-des-Lis, the symbol of Florence. Each guestroom highlights the uniqueness of the building's architecture, featuring one-off pieces in each room, while the portraits in the guest room corridors are inspired by the Renaissance and evoke the spirit of art, literature, and learning. The whimsical photos in the guest room corridors were created by Liz Heras, a well-known Los Angeles-based graphic artist who creates custom graphic artwork for large-scale hotel projects nationwide. With ample room for the family, an intimate backdrop for romance, and upgraded amenities, Villa Florence will keep you connected to home.

Dirty washcloth and bath mat left on restroom floor, room access card & valet record left from previous guest. Towels and washcloth missing. Bed looked changed & clean but disappointed about paying for full service. Only offered moving me to another room after I’d already settled. They should have offered me some small monetary credit. I would never stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 four nights and my experience was unpleasant and regrettable. Staying at this location feels more like a MOTEL than a hotel. The rooms are old and very dirty, staffs are somewhat unwelcoming. In one scenario while walking to my room a lady at the front desk randomly stops me and ask me where I’m going while everyone else walks by without been screen, her excuse was that I don’t look familiar. Overall that is my first and last stay. Pros 1. The hotel is located in prime location with lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. Cons 1. staff is unwelcoming nobody ever smiles or greet you. 2. Carpet has a Oder 3. Bathtub paint is stripping, also has rust 4. No cable tv 5. Rooms are very old and needs remolding

Luther and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and well appointed. My wife and I have kids and don't always have a chance to get away without them. We really hoped everything would be perfect, and it was.

Nice little hotel right near the Christmas tree, which is gorgeous. Pretty mix of new retro with old architecture. Bathroom was small, very small for us big booty girls. Beds were comfortable and the room was huge with lots of lighting. Great for getting ready to go out with the girls for a night out. Only issue, and why I knocked off a start was the valet. We showed up around 8:30 and couldn't find a place to park to unload. Eventually had to go in and ask what they wanted me to do and was told that they couldn't get ahold of the valet, but I could park on the other side of the street and valet would come get it when it slowed down a bit. The next morning when we were getting ready to check out, I text the number to get my car and got a message back saying it would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes go by and nothing. No communication, nothing. Saw someone come in from outside who had been standing out there since I'd gone downstairs and asked how long they had been waiting. They'd been there for an hour waiting for their car. Turns out, the valet is contracted service used by multiple hotels in the area, and we fell at the bottom of the list of priorities I guess. It took 2 hours to get my car and leave. I know it's not the hotel's fault, there isn't much they can do about it, but I do hope they can find a better service that will give them better service. Because that was ugly
