The hotel's location is great for business or pleasure. Located near Union Square, Chinatown, and a short (~10 min) walk from the financial district it suited all my needs while I was in town. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area and a short 5 minute walk to the BART station for travel to the airport or elsewhere. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help.
We recently stayed at Hotel Triton and couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. First of all, the hotel has taken solid measures to combat COVID-19 and we felt safe the whole trip. The hotel was recently redone and the rooms and facilities are clean and have a great aesthetic. Solid WiFi in the hotel and a super close walk to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping made it a great spot to work remote and enjoy our time in SF
I had a very pleasant experience at the Triton Hotel. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help. My room was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
I recently stayed at Hotel Triton for a conference. It was conveniently located near the Moscone centre, close to bus stops and train system, and the room was clean. The hotel staff, Ricco and Eddy, were fantastic. They were super helpful, professional, and welcoming. The complimentary coffee/afternoon drinks were great.
Great hotel steps away from Chinatown. In the heart of union square. Great staff and manager that made the experience even better. Enjoyed the happy hour they provided. Close to great shops and restaurants. Will go back soon. Great place. Was close to ballpark which was a plus.
It was a very nice hotel and the happy hour with complementary drinks was a nice touch. The rooms were nice, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again on my next business trip in 3 years
We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Triton. We interacted with Eddy at the hotel during check-in. We were coming in from a very early flight and had been up since 2am. Eddy was lovely and worked with us on early check-in. They also gave us some great recommendations to places to eat in Chinatown as the hotel sits right across the street from a main entrance to there. I really appreciate great customer service and Eddy really was amazing to work with. We indulged in the complimentary coffee in the mornings and the afternoon happy hours when we were at the hotel during those times. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.
Had a really good stay at this hotel . Ideal location, happy hour 4 till 6 with free wine and beer great when you have come back from a day out . Nice clean room and bathroom.Pleasant helpful staff. Also celebrated husbands 50th whilst there , they upgraded us to a suite , free champagne , and also arranged a vegan birthday cake and sculpted towels with swans and roses. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay
The Triton is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location in San Francisco. Right next to Chinatown Gate, 10 mins walk from North beach and easily walkable to Fisherman’s Wharf. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the lobby is quirky with a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed some welcome little perks including a free glass or two of wine or beer on the afternoon, and 10% discount in the next door cafe. The best thing about this place however is the staff and management, who couldn’t be more welcoming, efficient and friendly. Our three nights there were perfect, we’d love to return. John and Kath.
When traveling we rarely spend much time in our hotel so this was perfect for us. The hotel lobby is very nice and inviting...the hotel is older and the rooms are small but we really didn't mind since everything was clean. The location to Chinatown couldn't be better (the main gate right across the street). We also walked to the Ferry building and pier (15ish minutes). The only negative was we did have someone walk into our room while we were there which was alarming. We called down to the front desk and they said the property was secure and that we shouldn't worry... I didn't sleep much the first night after that instance. Not sure if it was a maid or someone with our same room key??
