Hotel Triton is in a convenient location, with china town footsteps away and the shops and restaurants of union square just around the corner. The hotel gives a great personal and friendly touch compared to their big chain counterparts, being very helpful with recommendations, organisation of transport, etc. Steve the doorman will be the first to happily offer up some...

We stayed one night before our flight the next morning. The front desk was very welcoming and we did not utilize the coffee and tea the next morning. Checking in was very easy, it's just about located on the edge of Union Square so just outside the 'traffic' areas. It's walkable distance to Chinatown if you wanted to go there...

The Triton hotel is in a great place for most sights in San Fran. The staff are incredible, polite, informative and chatty. We got a free upgrade due to my husbands birthday at that time with a free bottle of champagne which was great. But the room was disappointing. This wasn't a suite we expected. The hotel needs an upgrade,...

Didnt really understand the quirkiness of the hotel with all the colours going on everywhere... Maybe because Im a middle aged Brit who's a bit passed it?? The hotel is directly on a main road right opposite the entrance to China town and incredibly noisey. Not a great sleep for the 2 nights we were there and althought I went...

This place was awesome. I wish I would have gotten the lady at the front desk name (I only know she was blonde and new)cuz she was so nice. They sent us wine and ice cream to our room too. The location was perfect for 0China town and the hotel itself was adorable.

This was our second three day stay within 5 years and we were again happy with almost everything. Especially the central location is ideal to do sight seeing in San Fancisco. The staff is very friendly and is happy to suggest places to eat or visit. The design is one of a kind and worth a sight on its own....

Went for the walker stalker con event and stayed 2 nights. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Simple setting and not too expensive. Great customer service at the front desk when it was needed. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would maybe request a window to outside next time, but we weren't in the room much. It is highly likely we will return.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Triton. Great location- near downtown, SOMA, chinatown, BART stations. Rooms are cute and have everything you need. Some of the best hotel staff I have experienced. Fun, helpful. Cafe on corner is great too.

The best thing about this hotel is the perfect location - just in the middle of many things: shopping, public transportation to everywhere, walking distance from SFMOMA and half a minute walking from Chinatown. there is even a post office near by, and as an old fashion that I am - I sent postcards of SF to my small nieces......
