I had made a reservation on booking.com I got to the hotel and paid 700$ +100$deposit CASH We went to our room on the 2nd in the back rite by the stairs. Passed the heads in the hall ,on the stairs, and by my room which smelled like urine so bad,so bad . my girl was not happy and neither...

First here is the good things about civic center inn. The guy at the front desk was really helpful...that's about it. Room smelled like urine and none of the lights worked so we were in complete darkness the TV didn't work either. I dropped my ring down behind the bed I pulled the bed out and there was a little...

Rooms should've been cleaner. Beds are NOT queens. They are FULL mattresses. If you're okay with hearing your neighbors doing everything then go ahead but you're not going to be able to sleep because of constant noise at night. The message in the office is off putting because it says "our house, our rules." I'm sorry but that's not inviting...

This motel has a very kind staff and quite good rooms but I have never been at such a horrible district in my whole life. We had a room on the ground floor of the street all night noise of cars and screaming drunk people. Under the windows of dozens of homeless, drunk and drugged people. The road to the...

Our first night there, we checked in and were given a back room on the second floor next to the alley. To be completely honest, the room was pretty bad. The carpet was very filthy, my friend's bed had weird stains and hair on the bed-sheets but my bed was fine. The bathroom was pretty small but worked well. The...

This hotel is in Tenderloin, not the most salubrious of areas. The rooms are not secure, they are accessible from the external stairs and the door to my room didn't shut easily. Guests are warned not to leave their windows unlocked at night. I didn't open the curtains as the room looked across the street to the back of a...

They advertise that they have an elevator. My room was on the 3rd floor and the manager told us after we had registered and credit card swiped that the elevator was out of service. The stairwell leading to the 3rd floor smelled of urine. The thermostat & heater in the room did not work. I had paid for 2 nights...

This is the most horrible motel I have ever visited. The motel location in Tenderloin is where a lot of homeless people and drug addicts live. When you walk over the streets you will be asked for money every 20 feet. Maybe it is a relative safe area but is doesn't give that feeling. The Motel is dirty and had...

As booked as it was the weekend I stayed here, I can't imagine this hotel not having enough money to make the most basic of repairs. The door chain was broken; and in this area of town, it would have been appreciated. Of the two clothes hooks in the closet, there was only one--the second one had fallen off; and...

There is lots of noise, bad area of town, pimps, prostitutes, drug dealer staying at the hotel and around the area. Complained to hotel management but nothing was done about it. Place was dirty, no Air conditioning in the rooms. Definitely not recommended for families with children. Would Never stay here again.
