DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!! The management and employees are thieves!!! They came into my room while I was inside asleep and stole my wallet and laptop and cellphone and then lied about it!!! I'm surprised they didn't kill me. Do Not Stay Here! Down the street and around the corner is Motel 6 on Geary. It may be in...

This is a good for people that need a place just to clash at night and change close and take a shower. It not a 4 start hotel, so if you want swimming pool, high class restaurant, big room, room with no noise, etc.. This is not for you. My room, bed (no cigarette burn sheet or broke), floor and...

The room had no wardrobe, so I was living out of my suitcase for 4 nights, where I hardly got any sleep due to the homeless making a lot of noise at all hours. I checked out 2 nights early, as they were charging more than Hotel Nikko after the Dreamforce conference finished. No blinds on the windows, with rip...

Oh my goodness. We picked this place for the price as it came out cheapest in San Francisco the night we needed. Don't get me wrong the staff were lovely and friendly but it was an absolute dive. On Ellis Street which is full of the 'walking dead' aka the homeless and crack heads. Word of warning - don't walk...

This place was disguisting! The first thing that welcomed me when I opened the room was a RAT! The room was dirty and stank. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The neighbourhood is also really scary. A lot of homeless people on streets and a lot of trashes!

It was a dirty, ugly and expensive place. Very good position in the city center but the presence of homeless people everywhere it's a problem. There is a parking available but the elevator was broken and in the stairs pee smell...Everybody can have access to the parking and the stairs!

This hotel was the worsted I have ever seen. Yes they do have free parking if you can trust the crack heads and junkys around your vehicle. Rooms are very dirty and no screens on the windows. We decided not to stay the night and drove home. This hotel is horrible for vacationers.
