This hotel was the worsted I have ever seen. Yes they do have free parking if you can trust the crack heads and junkys around your vehicle. Rooms are very dirty and no screens on the windows. We decided not to stay the night and drove home. This hotel is horrible for vacationers.

Rude, very very rude staff. I wanted to leave the hotel as soon as I arrived. Unsafe area, surrounded by very many homeless people. The staff keep repeating: don't leave valuable things in the car or in the room. Honestly, you think you are not in San Francisco! Super dirty streets all around the building. Room bad, bed uncomfortable. Don't... More

Crackheads shouting 24/7 on the streets in front of your door, with free access to the hotel aisles, so we've been surprised by a crazy lady in front of our room screaming at the guests. Rats all around the place, including I have found a piece of my cookie eaten by one just by my bed. Really sad.

One star because they have free parking - seriously that is the ONLY good thing about this place. No bathmats provided for the floor after a shower. Only two towels, no hand towels, no washcloths. Only two flat pillows too. Bed was ok. They hose down the walkways and staircases outside the rooms daily because people piss there - this... More

If I could I would put 0 dots... I payed 135$ A NIGHT for it and the room was filthy, not sure if the sheets were clean, there were holes in the curtains and light filtered through, carpet looked disgusting. No toiletries and breakfast not included. LOTS of homeless people around at ALL HOURS of the day and a car... More

Stayed for just a weekend for San fran pride. Hotel ok but could use a bit of an upgrade. Room was OK but a little bit noisy due to being fight next to the back stairs where a group of young guests used to sit late at night and talk a lot.

Brother, sister-in-law, and I were hoping to save a few bucks in the city when they visited a few weeks ago. Place didn't have a great rating on Booking.com but we went with it. From the front of the hotel, it doesn't look bad. When we first arrived, we had to park on the back side of the building because... More

We found ourselves in the middle of a dodgy neighborhood well known for abundance of drug users and prostitution. This is not a place for family. We felt very unsafe the one night we had to stay there. I was almost certain we would find the car smashed or robbed in the morning but grateful that didn't happen. The motel... More

We picked this place for parking/view of motorcycle. It's a very bad motel! Rooms smell of damp and air freshener. There is no A/C - windows open but no screen or security to allow them open without worry of someone entering. It's 4am I've been up all night from heat, smell & discomfort. The bathroom has black mold around tub/... More

The rooms are very dirty and old. The building smelled like urine, drugs and dirty brothel. It is not a safe environment. We decided not to stay there. The front desk employee is very rude, not helpful at all. The price is way to much for a place like that. We found a much better hotel at a very similar... More
